However, when I saw the amazing price of $15 (as of Aug 2025) for a gel polish, I called right away! Booking an appointment was super easy & they have day or evening spaces open. How convenient! The location is clean and inviting with plenty of parking and a bright open interior. I was greeted by the receptionist & soon called in by Karma, the student nail tech. She was quiet but professional and kind. Her instructor was nearby throughout the service. Other students were working on clients in the salon. The atmosphere was upbeat and relaxing. My nails are short and I wanted just a simple gel polish application. I got exactly what I came in for. Karma worked with my soft nails by adding builder gel. She did a lovely job and was impressed at her work. I might just need to start getting more manicures at this rate.

She did not know what the hell she was doing. She must have cut 1/2 inch off of my shoulder length hair. When I left, it did not even look like I had a haircut. This was the worst haircut I've ever had. What a disaster!

My daughter ultimately left this gym after being yelled at multiple times by coaches without clear reason. The final issue occurred when her position in the routine was given to the coach's daughter, who had just joined the gym. This athlete had missed much of the choreography, yet immediately replaced my daughter right after the choreographer left. It was very difficult not to view this as favoritism. Additionally, this same coach had reportedly been asked to leave the gym on more than one occasion due to inappropriate behavior, including yelling at athletes and speaking negatively about others. It raises serious concerns as to why someone with that history would be allowed to return. When my daughter brought her concerns to the owner, the response was dismissive. The owner stated that my daughter had been "complaining about her wrist," but any athlete would express concern after stunting with a flyer over 100 lbs for 6-8 hours a day, two days in a row. Even when it was pointed out that others--including the owner's own son--had similar complaints, the concern was brushed aside. The gym promotes itself as a "family," but in our experience, that only seemed to apply to a select group. At a competition we both attended, the owner yelled at her daughter and the team when they ran over to give my daughter a hug. Later that same day, when her daughter approached again, she was abruptly called back. This was especially disappointing, as when my daughter left the gym, the owner had expressed support and respect for her decision. There appears to be a clear clique within the gym, and athletes outside of that group are not treated equally. We also had concerns regarding financial practices. We signed a contract stating we would receive Rebel uniforms, yet were provided with lower-quality uniforms instead, despite being charged for the Rebel brand. This change was never communicated. Additionally, we were charged for items not outlined in the contract, including choreography fees that were billed without notice--even though we were told in a parent meeting that a sponsor would be covering those costs. Since my daughter left, several other athletes have also chosen to leave for similar reasons, particularly related to how they were treated by coaching staff. The environment often felt discouraging, with coaches yelling, demeaning, and singling out athletes who were not part of the inner circle. Overall, this gym felt more like a closed clique than a structured, supportive program focused on athlete development. Between poor communication, questionable financial practices, and lack of accountability, it is not a place I would feel comfortable recommending or trusting with my child
