The owner has a great personality & very good with dealing with customers showing patience. This store has a large variety of options that will send you down memory lane. This place has everything, does not disappoint. However... I have traded a few items in to them, such as a Nintendo Wii + 15 games and 20 different Skylanders, and they gave me $45 for the whole shibang. Not ideal, but they offered to double that in store credit, which I agreed to. This was still a mistake, because I later saw that they were selling my games for $15 each ($225 in total) and my Wii for $80. Skylanders, which as any fan would know, are expensive, and they were selling mine for $8 each. I got pretty ripped off. This is partially my fault though, because was a total sucker at the counter and was willing to get rid of them so fast that I didn't take time to acknowledge the details of what the value was. This $90 in store credit was able to buy me a pair of Joy-Cons and GTA San Andreas for PS2. Definitely not a fair trade, considering all if not most of the items I traded in have been sold. Other than that, great store, still one of my favorite stores in the valley. Typically has good service, and fair prices for Xbox 360 games. Don't buy the Pokémon if you care about quality. I'm planning on going in to see what they'll give me for my PSA 10 Japanese Rayqaza V Alt Art 076 (eBay price: $1,000 USD), and I'll get back to you on the details of what they say. Hopefully they give me what it's worth and not $90 credit. I'm a big believer in supporting local businesses, so I would totally recommend you give this place a shot. They recently moved next door to the old JCPenney and they have cleaned up the store like you would not believe. read more

They don't do returns, my husband purchased the wrong comics and we came back an hour later unopened with the recite and they said they don't do returns. It would have been nice if they advertised no returns, in pretty sure it's not up to code to refuse returns without having that posted. Bad customer service and quality. read more

Despite public health orders in place to keep people safe and alive, one employee here who seems to be in some position of authority never wears a mask which puts each customer they serve at risk. Pretty good selection of used games which is why I'm giving one star rather than two. Do better and keep people safe, it's easy. read more

Pretty trashy the book section looks like a tornado hit it and the then next day there was an earthquake. It straight up looks like the worst hordes house but it has some of the craziest finds millions of dvds books and games. If you're looking for something it might be hard to find it but youll have a fun time looking. read more

In my experience and opinion, This place is dishonest. In 2003 a neighbor who officially has a very poor IQ, took his game cube there to get cash to trade for smokes. This man had the IQ of a child, and the store employees took advantage of it. At a time when his console and games were worth $100+, the store employee gave him a measly $5 for it, and this man, not knowing better, accepted it. If you were to meet this man, you would have known he obviously wasn't all there, and it would have been obvious to you that such a deal was purely taking advantage of him. At this point I lost all respect for this store. Later in 2004, I took my own games there to trade for cash. They offered me $5 for a game that was selling for $30. I asked them if that was the best they could do, and that I saw it was going for $30 online, and after I questioned him, he bumped up his offer to me straight to $20, a 4x increase. It goes to show you that they are not honest bargainers. I would never take my business back to them. read more

I understand that this store has been there for a long time. I have been in there a few times and the first time I got no customer service what so ever! The teenager they had working there was socializing with a friend or customer! It is cramped and unsafe to walk through! Possibily a fire hazard! The items are cool but very unorganized and not all in great shape! Prices are way steep! Amazon and eBay have better deal, so does the D.I.! Not worth trying to big anything when treated like your business doesn't matter!!!!!!! The second time I was in there we were rushed to pay for the game controllers because he had to go pick up his kids!!!! Hire some reliable employees! You could spend hours inside of Fun Unlimited, poring over the massive selection of music, books, and games. I honestly feel that this is Logan Mall's best store. Are you looking for a CD of Flemish love ballads you had in 1992, but have since misplaced? They have it at Fun Unlimited, likely in cassette and record formats as well. Do you need a veterinary manual from 1955 on infectious diseases of the dog and cat? You're also in luck. An MS-DOS version of The Price is Right? Look no further. Joysticks for Nintendo and Atari keep company with controllers upon controllers for every gaming system that ever existed on a dim back wall. Stacks of moldering Game Cubes in various states of disrepair intermingle with stacks of unshelved textbooks and contemporary novels. Literally everything you have ever loved is here, waiting for you to come and reclaim it. On the downside, I felt the prices were rather high. That CD of Flemish love ballads was going for 5.99. How much do they think the MP3s are selling for on iTunes or Amazon? Some of the used PC games seemed a little steep to me as well. However, it was almost understandable, as they didn't seem to be making many sales. Who knows how Fun Unlimited is paying rent. Whatever. Fun Unlimited is a browser's paradise. Its ok the only thing a have wrong with it is when i was buying Pokemon yellow it clearly said 30$ but the cashier had to "look online" and uped the price of it to 40$. They do this with most of there products trying to get as much cache out of you. they also did this with some Atari games i bought which were down to the cent now costing 2 $. Sold me a broken controller that was brought back within 24 hours, refused to give a cash refund, refused to even give the full amount paid in store credit, and would not replace it. I cant understand how this isn't just theft. Save your money and walk 2 more minutes to the gamestop and save yourself the hassle. read more

I love this store. Whenever I walk inside I feel like I'm walking into Olivander's Wand shop. I could spend hours just perusing their products. In response to Ellemeno P.'s review from 2011, Fun Unlimited must have been under different management when you wrote your review. I went into their store yesterday with GameCube games to trade in (now two systems old) and received $100 in store credit for it all. The manager was extremely helpful and kind and took pride in offering the best price for trade-ins in the valley. I highly recommend this store! read more

Fun Unlimited is a great place to find ANY game you are looking for. It's like the yard sale of video games, from Odyssey to XBox360. They have a large library of Atari 2600, NES, SNES, Sega systems, a lot of retro. And the systems as well, not to mention DVD's and books. Never a bad experience! I wish they had a website to order so I didn't have to drive from SLC but I'll make the trip when needed! read more

This place has a ton of stuff, but it is a DISASTER. It feels very out of place, like a swap meet in a mall. Some of their items are 'rare' and they pull prices from online so it can feel like they are scalping you - the big problem here is they take advantage of college kids and wont pay a fair price for any 'rare' game you bring in. read more
