I would give this place zero stars if I could. We booked our daughter's birthday party weeks in advance, only to have it turn into one of the most stressful experiences we've ever had. Despite having a reserved party, many of our invited guests--including children and family members--were denied entry because they claimed they were "sold out." What made the situation even worse was the staff's attitude. Instead of trying to help or show empathy while children were crying and families were being turned away. We were promised early entry for setup, but instead we were let in late, cutting even more time from the party we paid for. This experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and completely unacceptable. If you're considering hosting a birthday party here, be aware that a reservation may not guarantee your guests will actually be allowed inside. First timers and my daughter and her friend had a FUN time. Staff are very friendly. Manager Vee was also very approachable and did not hesitate to provide me with Funbox's guest WiFi password! We took a peek of the party rooms! And they are very nice! Colors are so VIBRANT! I also noticed they are organized as far as keeping the coordination going of whose jumping time is up based on your wrist band color. Will def be back! 1) too crowded and easily get injured 2) party room is super small and it's illegal to have that much chair into that space 3) hallway is way too small and bump to each other. 4) Dirty, people wear shoes in the playground walk way. We had such a great experience here! We came around 1pm and the place was empty which was a huge plus for us. The jumping area was super clean, colorful, and had so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy. My kids stayed entertained the entire time and didn't want to leave. The staff was extremely friendly, the environment felt safe, and it was the perfect place for them to run around and burn energy. I was at Funbox yesterday with my family and was disappointed in the staffs behavior. I overheard Jason who I assume is the manager, bossing people around and belittling other employees out loud. As a business owner myself, I was extremely disappointed with employee behavior infront of customers, that makes the customers uncomfortable ​and not want to return to this establishment. We were super exited when fun box opened and had the opportunity to check it out on the opening week that made me want to have my daughters bday party in the summer. I went ahead and scheduled a "Party Tour" For being a New buissness in the city of Downey I have to say they need better customer service! As I arrived was treated like they didn't know what I was talking about. Nothing less I got there 15 minutes before my booking tour and still waited about 1 hour. They honestly better management or someone who can know explain to you in what there party packages contain. Even thought I had already researched before hand but when getting there I was told the opposite. As I went with my husband without me saying anything and being His first time here to check out the place. He told me I guess they don't want our money nor they are professional. Wanted to love it. I've seen pictures of the one in Arcadia and was so excited to see one opening closer to me. While waiting in line I noticed a smell. When I looked to my left I noticed a porta potty which was odd. I asked one of the workers where the restrooms were and she said the porta potty. I was honestly shocked. Making a toddler use a porta potty is unacceptable. They should have delayed opening until the restroom situation was resolved. Had I known, I would not have gone. read more

I went to the opening with my kids and they liked it for the most part. Honestly for me, it was overcrowded in the jumper, given that parents have to be inside as well with their little ones just adds to the crowd. I had to be in there with my little one and mind you I'm a thick gal, so I felt bad that each time I walked by a kid they would wobble or fall and there were other adults the same as me or even thicker than me (no offense). Also, you have all ages in there, def. not a good idea! I don't recommend you take your toddler there, I'd say it's safer for ages 5 and up. They have an area outside for ages 5 and down but honestly it's crap, they really just threw something small together for them. They should def have different times for different ages,like other places have a "toddler time" that would be nice. Will I go again and for the price it is now? I doubt it. Booked my daughters birthday party here which she was so excited for. Dropped off my decorations the day before since she wanted a specific character. Day of the party, the lines were so long and the front was overcrowded, when they walked us to our party room it was a huge disappointment. Our decor was not put up, so we put up our own decorations with the help of our party host. The bouncer is massive but it faces the entrance with no view from the party rooms. Our host was very helpful, he did his best try to make up for the complaints we had and also in communicating with management on our behalf. He took more initiative than their party coordinator (he needs a promotion). The place itself is cute but very chaotic (feels like a crammed maze). All of the kids did have fun but if I can make any recommendations it would be for the staff to get more organized (lacking in communication and organization). Also parents brace yourselves if you go, it's wild in there and be prepared to wait. read more

Unprofessional when my toddler and I arrived. Even tho we made a reservation online for a "birthday tour" they didn't even know we were there and acted all confused when the tickets were scanned. Had us waiting and not telling us anything until after stating there's a lot of people already doing a tour and apologizing for it. But they have assigned times online when u make a reservation. So the fact they they're completely unorganized makes everyone who makes appointments wait forever to actually go in even tho they already chose a time. Also the "birthday tour" tickets advertise it to make it seem like ur child would be able to test out the play areas but when I asked they said no. So I proceeded to ask to purchase tickets so my toddler could play and they stated they're already sold out for the day even though they were letting people come in right in front of us and purchase tickets that they didn't already have.
