World's Largest Jump House! Minimal staff in the jump house, HIGHLY recommend you accompany your kids. Vast amount of space to enjoy but you do have your occasional rowdy kids who do not have any regards to others. Perfect for hot days. Bring your own grip socks and water to save money! Snow cones ($7), Gatorade ($5) and water ($3) is available for purchase. Kids had an amazing time. I highly recommend visiting while they are still here!

Great fun for 6-11 year olds. Bring own socks or can purchase with ticket for $3.00 more. Thanks Zee for the fun and great customer service.

The staff is wonderful I highlight recommend! I am definitely coming back with my kids.

Update: I was able to get a hold of them and talk w the person in charge and sent him the video again. He said the problem has been fixed and offered me & my family tickets to go back and check for ourselves but I haven't been able to go. Anyway I'll leave a picture here of the area I was talking about so you parents can make sure it's safe. Other than that, place was fun.

That said, if I were rating the overall experience based solely on execution today, it probably would have been closer to 2-3 stars. We rented the "Sports Simulator" booth and received very little instruction on how the games worked. Some games required using a golf club, while others required using the actual ball, and there wasn't much guidance on which was which. On top of that, the simulator frequently failed to recognize the ball. Eventually, we were moved from one simulator booth to another, which worked better and at least kept our boys (ages 9 and 11) entertained. We also weren't sure how food and drink service worked. We ended up going directly to the bar to place our orders because we didn't know the intended process. Again, a little direction would have gone a long way in helping us enjoy the full experience. The drinks were excellent, but the food was just average. My biggest suggestion would be to provide guests with a quick orientation or post simple instructional signage in each booth. A poster explaining how the simulators work, how to order food and drinks, and any other important information would make a huge difference. We ended up spending a significant portion of our rental time trying to figure out the process instead of enjoying it. Overall, I think this place has a lot of potential. The facility itself and the remodel is gorgeous, and once the operational details are ironed out, I can see it becoming a fantastic destination. We're rooting for you guys and would definitely give it another try!

The laser tag was extremely fun for the kids! Man, I had forgotten how much fun laser tag is until I saw my kid and her friends playing. Then the party room was simple, but served its purpose really well. Our party hostess, Karrina, was really great with the kids and made sure the party kept moving along. I think what I liked the best about the experience for the party, was that our hostess walked the kids around to the rides and through the arcade so they could familiarize themselves with the layout of the Boardwalk. As I was talking with the adults, we were discussing competitors like Bowlero and Lucky Strike and how unreasonably priced it is for a family of four now a days. Just the arcades there are so expensive! Here, the kids were able to make their tokens last for hours and walked away with some fun prizes too. I hope the prices never get ridiculously high here. I grew up going to Parkway Bowl and the Boardwalk. I am so happy that the accessible pricing has remained. Additional shout outs to MC and Noelle (staff members who were very helpful and attentive). Please don't change Parkway! Thank you for allowing us to host an epic party!

After parking, completing registration, and waiting in line (10+ mins), I was finally informed--after a long delay--that my son wouldn't be able to ride for at least "a couple of hours." At no point was there signage or staff to communicate the wait time, leaving us standing in line with no information. This lack of transparency and service made for a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I lost a good 30 minutes of my day, and on top of that, I had to tell my 7 year old that we could not ride a go kart today and left extremely disappointed your location. Which by the way, is not easy to get to and it is definitely not in the friendliest part of town. A long drive, a long wait, indifferent customer service and no go kart riding made for a forgettable experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure future visitors receive clear communication and better service. I'd appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns.

And I mean the whole thing is inflated so you're just jumping around to the next activity. They have little arcade games as well that are free which was nice cause as my daughter is inside jumping my husband and I could partake in the games. Nice to have something to do while waiting instead of just sitting around. Noise level not terrible we came on a Sunday for the 7:30 jump session and it wasn't super busy or packed in the play areas. Pricing is fair we paid $43. For just my daughter and I including the required socks, For 1 hour and 30 minutes. Which is more than enough time I was worn out after 15 minutes in there and I don't have to be the bad guy when I tell my daughter it's time to go because times up. Toddler zone was good size for littles but no slides or anything's just blocks they could possibly add a little more things for younger ones to do. Lots of public seating and the birthday rooms looked nice and good sized as well. I'd definitely consider throwing a birthday party here. " if you choose to do a birthday party here ask for Daniella as your host " I seen staff going around cleaning the restrooms and the play areas throughout our session. I love that the restrooms had a little area for breastfeeding mamas like my self it had AC so it was nice and cool. Shout out to Daniella she's super friendly! She was helpful and watchful of the littles making sure everyone was safe in the jumpy area and having a fun time!

I had a few questions regarding my booking and immediately emailed the party email listed. No response. I waited a day or two and attempted calling multiple times across the span of 3-4 days. No answer, no response on both calls and emails. I finally drove over to ask my questions and spoke directly to the manager who was assisting at the front desk. When I mentioned that nobody was answering both my calls and emails, there was no apology--just simply a, "oh yeah, we've been having a hard time responding to voicemails and emails..." oh? Ok. Day of party, the staff really only checked in for the initial check in and at the end when it was time to sing. No help setting up, no check ins, no structured activity, the fridge had old crusted liquid inside. I'm glad the party was part of the promotion because if I had paid regular price, I would have been really upset.

She did not tell me to go online to book. She did say I had to have a $750 minimum since she'd be coming to San Diego, and I was ok paying the extra. Again, no mention to go online to do this while talking. I can't go back to Tuesday the 22nd on my phone to screenshot my log. But I've posted the 2 calls I made to her Wednesday and the call I made on Thursday. I left messages asking for a call back and that we'd spoken. Let's be clear, they were not booked. I've been looking for a Dino encounter type of company for my sons 4th birthday party. After speaking with several companies who were unavailable, this was the only one who was available. I believe her name is Carrie (maybe jeri?) who owns it. When I originally spoke with her before other companies, the first thing I thought was, she doesn't sound very charismatic nor entertaining. When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! I do NOT recommend. If you follow my reviews, I do NOT typically give out 1 star reviews and I'm very fair. But this review deserves it as they completely left me hanging for a party!

Aside from the printed signage to learn about the animals, there are volunteers in red shirts to teach / answer questions.
