Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available. Kira did a great whole body massage with focus on these areas in particular. The back walking and massage were moderate to deep per my request and were fantastic. I also requested stretching and the stretching was both pretty intense and very therapeutic--I felt great afterwards. I have had numerous Thai massages at several different places and they all blow Swedish massage and places like Massage Envy out of the water. This was probably the most stretching I've ever had and Kira really worked hard on the areas I requested. Both she and the receptionist were very nice, they requested pertinent medical history before the massage, the facility was very clean and the environment was relaxing. The only negative is that there is a 3% fee for using a credit card but that's pretty minor. I could tell Kira is experienced because she was very confident and efficient and frequently asked how I was doing with the pressure and stretching.
