I like places like this. This is a quirky friendly little cafe. It seems to be two small old shops joined together. It feels a bit odd but in an agreeable sort of way. I was warmly greeted when I came in and given my choice of table. I was attended to instantly and politely. The people who run this place are nice. I only wanted something small and chose the Turkish bread roll with egg and bacon with bbq sauce. It was lovely and generously sized for the modest price tag of $7.50. It was interesting watching the customers here. A middle aged woman with her mother. A younger mother in sportswear. Some Irish tradies tucking into large breakfasts and coffee. A father with his young son after the latter's basketball game. No hipsters in sight despite the fact that they'd really like the place. I had a good time here and would happily return. read more
