Brandi was amazing. We called her at the last minute and she responded promptly. She sent pictures while she was grooming our 3 year old English Bulldog. He was very happy and loved the attention. Even though it was the first time our dog was with her, he seemed very comfortable. We live in a condo that is not easy to find. This is the best groomer I have found in the greater New Orleans area. I have a standard poodle and always thought he would never look like a "show poodle" because he was my adoptee, but when Brandi grooms him he looks like a pro, and I have never had so many compliments from people about my dog before.
