I originally made an appointment with Dr. Rudolph for an allergy test in the Spring to see if I had…read moreallergies and what I would need to do if I did. I received a skin test that DID NOT involve needles, which I was extremely nervous about! I felt NOTHING! It just felt like someone pushed a fine tooth comb on the surface of your skin. I found that I had allergies to almost everything and would need weekly shots (2 shots/week) to create an immunity within my body to the things that I'm allergic to. I am that person that is usually very intimidated by needles, but the shots truly don't hurt as much as others because it only goes into the skin versus the muscle. I was also given allergy tablets, a steroid inhaler, and nasal spray. Each medication that was given was described in depth by Dr. Rudolph as to why I needed them, which made me confident in what I would be taking to help ease my current allergic symptoms. Since I've been in Dr. Rudolph's care, I have not had a sore throat, ear aches, or intense cold symptoms. Sometimes, I may feel like a cold is coming on with symptoms of scratchy throat, watery eyes, or coughing, but since treatment, the cold doesn't fully form and I don't get sick. Before treatment, I was feeling like I had strep throat/ear infections/a cold every 3-6 weeks, and now, I am never sick! I am very satisfied with Dr. Rudolph's initial evaluation of my condition and the treatment he has given me for it. I would recommend Dr. Rudolph to anyone that is suffering from persistent colds and allergy/cold symptoms and wants relatively fast relief!

Saying that I do not recommend is an understatement. My son has been coughing and experiencing…read morerespiratory problems for approximately 3 years. I reported that there was mold in Father's home to both Erin Kane and CYF back in 2021-22. The CYF worker was caught by a Pressley Ridge therapist failing to complete a walk through of Father's home. I had a civil no contact order against Father which I provided to the office asking to be kept separate from Father during appointments. (Domestic Violence was involved and I suffer from PTSD). At an appointment in March of 2022 they allowed Father to barge into the exam room triggering my PTSD. A nurse "Marissa S" noted she overheard mom tell child "we hate daddy" when in fact I said "I hate when he does this". She was in the exam room and I was in the hallway attempting to seek assistance from staff for Father violating the no contact order when this occurred. Father later introduced a fraudulent PFA petition into the custody case in an attempt to invalidate the no contact order which was absolutely valid at the time of this incident. The fact the document Father introduced was fraudulent cannot be disputed based on other evidence. This contributed to my not being able to obtain proper medical care for my son until just recently. Since then I have proven that Father has black mold and Alternaria in his home. In July of 2024 it was finally proven that my son is allergic to Alternaria. Father refused to get to the bottom of his respiratory issues and fought against any attempts that I made to do so. Prior to discovering the mold allergy my son was treated by Dr. Mishra from Pulmonology and was discharged on 11/15/2023. The report clearly states that she did not give an asthma diagnosis due to the fact that he was not responsive to albuterol and 3 pulmonary function tests that Father took him to revealed the same. My son reported to Dr. Anthony LaBarbara on 10/9/2024 that his Father gave him Albuterol in the car on the way to the pulmonary function test. I took him to one and it did reveal a non clinically significant response to albuterol. On several other occasions he also responded to albuterol. Father has been giving misleading information to providers this entire time despite my notifying everyone involved of his deception. Father has put forth the false narrative that I suffer from Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy in an attempt to discredit me. He doesn't want to pay to remediate the mold and my son sleeps in bed with him and he likes that. (I have been reporting weird behaviors with supporting evidence including photos for the life of this case and even the fact that he also manipulated his now adult daughter into sleeping in bed with him.) In July of 2024 I obtained a court order granting special permission to take my son to a specialist to address mold/pulmonary issues. I also want my son in counseling and Father doesn't. Father misled Wesley Family Services who is refusing to provide my son counseling. (The Pressley Ridge therapist testified that appointed officers of the court lied in their reports and as a result my custody was fully restored after a 6 day trial.) On 10/9/2024 Dr. Anthony LaBarbara issued 2 referrals. One for counseling and one for an allergist. My son has never been tested for allergies to black mold and I need a physician to recommend that Father be required to remediate the mold so that I can get the judge to order him to do so as he has the financial means to do so but doesn't want to pay to do. On 11/8/2024 Father took my son to a 15 minute appointment with Dr. Anthony LaBarbara without my consent with the sole intention of stopping me from being able to obtain help to force him to remediate the mold or get my son counseling services. On 7/8/2024 Dr. Anthony LaBarbara stated that he is not qualified to comment on Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. On 11/8/2024 he wrote in the notes "reminds of Munchausen by Proxy" and essentially recommended that I not obtain a contradictory opinion.
