Husband and I was extremely disappointed after visiting multiple furniture locations in search for a specific style couch and other stuff to furnish our family's new home we just purchased. We had been given move in date a week away. With having no such luck at walker furniture across the street and bad salesmen who just hovered and was extremely unhelpful with anything we wanted but suggested things we advised we didnt like just made us uneasy. So we went next door not intending to. Even after soo much discouragement we just went for the hell of it to walk off the stress and calm down our nerves. Genuinely my husband had his heart set on goingacross town to another location but even with no intention of finding anything or even purchasing anything we were greeted by Jennifer whom offered to help but we just dismissed her and she came back and sparked casual conversation which she ​ was casually greeted with our vent of fustration. Yet she just calmly listened to our experience and mind you she wasn't hovering at all just made my husband and I feel very comfortable and shot the shiii with us sat on the couch we liked and did not feel pressured to anything but was a relatable human being and not treating us like customers but more like friends and family and mind you didnt know she was very experienced, knowledgeable about furniture. She knew about the type material in like almost all types furniture.then again she showed she truly knows HER STUFF and had heard our concerns about what we were searching for which we had not been able to find anywhere else. After that Ms Jennifer had taken initiative and took action to make calls to other locations and specially ordered and put together custom items on her computer with us she paid close attention to details and to ensure that we got what we needed and wanted for our whole home, from all 4 bedroom sets and 2 wrap round sectional couches for all our needs along with our dining room set, as well as insurance coverage we to our surprise covers 5 years. The quality is the really good quality for very affordable price we Furnished our home with ease and grace in 3 hours and thanks to Ms Jennifer. Now we have less stress and moving will be easier She surely went Above and beyond with her service. She even stayed past closing and she even helped keep us right at our budget. Very flexible in regards to payment arrangements and services for our move in day unlike the other furniture stores in town they hear our frustration with today's economy and inflation of prices and ensuring that we wouldn't have to do soo much, as to delivery fee; storage and assembly fee all that was covered so move in day at our new home was gonna be taken cared of. (Didn't get that at the other locations) As my husband is not a easy man to negotiate with for such a large quantity of merchandise he was sold when Ms Jennifer put his mind at ease he wouldn't be needing to do any heavy lifting or assembly which would allow him to work on his Pride and Joy his Low Rider he built from ground up which he was able to share withthe staff and crew. We are very happy with our purchase and loved the energy of the staff as well as the experience that my husband will never forget and really impressed. Well Iv bought over 6k of furniture from here so I felt just fine going here. I was wrong. After buying a mattress and bed frame from here the mattress came back smelling like smoke. I fabreezed the hell out of it and the room still stunk like smoke. I called in to find out what I could do. So they told me the smell came from glue on the packaging and that I needed to air it out...strange so I didn't want the mattress if they couldn't explain why I'm getting a smoke smell. Pretty reasonable I paid for delivery and they sent me a defecting product it shouldnt be my fault. Wrong again. They told me they would charge me restocking fee at 30% as a "store policy" oh and an additional delivery fee to pick it up. Or I could have them exchange it with another mattress. So I obviously had no choice because they are trying to "fix" their mistake. I then waited for a manger to call me back as they said they said they would but guess what, no call. I called back they said they would set me up for delivery after the weekend. I waited for a text or call and yet again a big fat, nothing. I called back to see what's going on and was told I would be getting called back again. Great deal and experience! We had been shopping for a dining room set. Went to a few stores and by chance, saw this across the street from one of the stores we were shopping at. Turns out they had a table that we really liked. The price was over our budget but both Ramon and Jennifer worked with us. It was the best deal for us: We loved the set and the price was just a tad over our budget but since we liked the table, it was okay. Delivery was scheduled a week later and they tell you this upfront. On the day of delivery, the delivery team called ahead of time and gave us a window. They actually called later to see if they can come earlier than planned, which was okay by us. The 2 gentlemen delivering the set was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and was very respectful of our house. The set was brand new, straight from the boxes they took out and assembled. No switch-a-roo here, so that was excellent! Furniture 4 Less exceed our expectations! Had we known about them sooner, we probably would have furnished the house with them. Do not ever go to this place. They OVERCHARGE for their product. They promise "good quality" but it's not. I have not had this table for 1 year and it's already falling apart. The store manager will NOT do anything about it. Promises calls back that never happen. I've been fighting it for months and he will not do anything about it. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place put a bad taste in my mouth today. I just moved to Vegas and need furniture for my apartment, including a living room set and a bedroom set. I also will be providing future business to someone because after the basics are settled I have a guest room to get stuff for as well. Todd was the man who helped me. He's a very slick old-school dude who fast talks (seems like he's from New York or something) and while he's nice he also talks over you and interrupts and doesn't listen to what you're saying. Idk if it's because I'm a fat chick with neon green hair and tattoos but he barely even acknowledged anything I said. I told him for example that I did not want leather for my living room set. He kept walking me to leather pieces and then I'd say "oh I just really don't want leather" and he'd go "okay forget about this one then" and a few moments later he'd be showing me another leather piece. I also told him I couldn't get an L shaped or curved piece the way my living room is designed, and he kept showing me huge L shaped sectionals. I know he was trying to upsell and make a commission but I just felt like I was talking to myself. He did offer me a great deal but it was a bed I wasn't sure about and when I started second guessing it he got really pushy with trying to move forward with the sale. I ended up just leaving. Of course, we had to check it out. He quickly showed us all of our options for the deal. They called us less than an hour after we left the store and gave us a 3 hr window for when they'd be here the next day. The salesman said they'd also call when they were 45min away but that's only if you actually live 45 min away. They called us and were here in 15min. They said they'd be here from 4-7p and got here a little after 5! They got everything inside so super duper quick, but they did end up knicking my couch a bit and while they put everything together super fast-- make sure to lift everything up before they leave because they don't screw everything in all the way (that's how they're so fast!!). read more

He really did find a way to customize everything including the pillows at a much lower cost than what I could find anywhere else. I went to a bunch of places and they were nowhere near as knowledgeable or as helpful. Some of them try to be super friendly but they don't have a lot of real help behind their friendliness.
