Never again! Quality furniture but customer service is horrible! Couldn't help but feel cheated and ripped off by Ron. We had a situation, beyond our control, that forced us to change our order (not cancel) 1 week after ordering. We were told 6 weeks for our furniture, yet when we went you change it we were told "sorry production had started and there will be a $675 plus the additional cost for our new selection". Which became more interesting when I called about the new order 3.5 weeks later I was told "we can't really tell where it is production wise, but probably a couple more weeks". Sales person was very good. However, I wish I had read the reviews before making purchase. Extremely poor customer service. Told bedroom furniture ready to deliver, given a date, then on date of delivery told they did not have all of the pieces. Essentially, believe they gave our pieces to someone else and made us wait until they replaced it. Told by sales manager that delivery fee would be refunded- has not happened. Spoke to another manager, Miguel. He was extremely rude and defiant. Had no interest in listening to me or keeping me as a customer. Business must be good if they have no interest in retaining customers. I never write bad reviews, but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. read more

We recently purchased a Sectional by England ( Lazy Boy ) with the idea we were buying quality furniture . It arrived as promised AND viewing it , it really looked used and cheap. The accent pillows were poorly constructed along with the fabric on the back and front of the furniture. I called the store and directed to a person to speak to about repairs . I told her about the accent pillows poorly constructed ( I was told that how its made ) and the wavy appearing fabric on the back of the chair. A repair person did come and did tighten the fabric on the back ( very professional ) but I now see the fabric doing it again ( slightly loose back and front ) . The accent pillows are lumpy and look very cheap along with the cushions. . I don't see this furniture lasting more than a few years. If I could give zero stars I would. Found a whole living room set fairly easily ordered it in September 2020 with anticipated November 2020 delivery. Thinking the process would be smooth from there was wrong. As of today we now are slated for March 2021delivery. They do not call you to inform you only act very unprofessional when inquiring. Understanding that orders where backed up due to covid this is now too long without the very expensive furniture i ordered. They have no trouble taking your money but delivery is far from a concern. I bought a sofa bed last year and a sofa through F&More-over the phone with Mary. They worked out very well and fit the spaces perfectly. One of the sleepers had a thin mattress but that was easily augmented. The important thing to mention is that one sofa got damaged, not their fault but a renter, and they fixed the sofa under the warrantee with no cost to me. I recommend them highly as they stand by their product no matter what, and are very helpful at selecting just the right pieces. read more

It was December 2017 and settlement day for my new house! I had muscle and two trucks coming from Maryland the next day. As soon as I signed papers and received the keys my niece and a buddy were off to see all we could get, (in stock), and available for pick up tomorrow. Not easy to find. We were riding Coastal Hwy. and spotted Furniture & More. The Saleswoman was a bit snooty until I chose a sectional sofa, dining set, 2 mattresses & a box spring & wall decor and said "I'll take it all". Most of it was available at the location. The rest was picked up at the warehouse. I am very pleased with my purchases! Three months later I called after noticing a defect in the sectional. Within the next couple of days a Tech was sent out and repaired the problem. No charge and no drama! read more

Hello, I purchased 2 recliners, 3 lamps, and a large area rug online on May 13, 2022. The total cost was $3,209.94. I utilized snap for the purchase. I received a confirmation from your business stating someone would contact me for delivery ($119.99). I send an additionemail asking date of delivery. Frankie responded and said it would be within a week if my items were in stock. I received a text that day stating the delivery would be 6 - 8 weeks. May 23rd I got a text to schedule delivery. I received a text on Sat, June 4th stating my order would be delivered on June 7, 2022 between 3pm - 6pm. I clicked to confirm. Someone also called and verified date and time. On June 7, 2022, my delivery arrived early at 2pm. I was not yet home from work. They were able to bring in the items as I had a friend at my house that day. Because they were early, I was not able to see the merchandise, try it out, or accept it. They left it and provided not one piece of paperwork. When I arrived home, I 100% did not like the 2 recliners. I liked the lamps and the rugs. I immediately called, spoke to a representative, and asked for the chairs to be returned. They were not comfortable to me at all. I was told someone would call me back that day (nobody ever did). The next day, I called again. I was told that even though I purchased online, I would need to speak to someone in the Fenwick, DE location even though my order confirmation clearly stated a Dover, DE location. Regardless, I drove to Fenwick as I was told and after some deliberation between the salesman and someone else who I think may have been a manager, I was told that I could even exchange, but had to be in that store only. I looked through the entire store, but was unable to find anything that I liked. I was OK with exchanging, but I wasn't able to find anything in that particular store. I contacted SNAP on 6/8/22 and the representative at SNAP contacted F&M and was told a manager would be in the Dover Store on the June 14th, and I would need to contact them at that point. Currently I have 2 recliners in my LR that I cannot use as I want them returned and they are uncomfortable. Two recliners that costs over $1,300.00 each that I can't use!! This needs resolution. At this point, I would like a refund. Who should I speak with?? This seems like bad business. Help! read more

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Purchased a $700 chair custom made on June 6 and put 50% down. Was told 6 to 8 weeks fir delivery. Followed up at 10 weeks and was told we will call when it comes in. Began phone contact with assistant Mgr on August 18. She advised me chair was being put on truck that day. After 11 days went in person and she said she didn't know where chair was and would research and call me bavk. 5 days later still no call from her and called her again. She said again she would research and busy with other customers. Said I wanted manager and she was not in. Next day assistant called me back and said chair was never made. I cancelled order and asked for fill refund. Am still waiting for credit. Will never purchase anything again from this store. No apology from them whatsoever! read more

I posted a review last week in regards to a dining room table we purchased from this store that was defective and the unwillingness of the company to give us a refund. They instead agreed to the replace the table but were unwilling to provide another year warranty on the replacement. Meanwhile, we have no idea if the same thing may happen to the table again( there was a defect in the finish on the table top)Fortunately, upon our insistence, they did agree. Never again! Buyer beware. We purchased a chair in March. We paid in full $ 600.00 and we were told delivery would be 6-8 weeks. Sounds good, right? In eight weeks I received a call from them asking if they could schedule a delivery as the chair was in the Milford warehouse. I guess they didn't get the memo that we told the salesman Ron... We have an SUV and opted to pick up ourselves, what the heck? Save $90.00. Next this woman tells me that the chair would be delivered to the Rehoboth store the next week but I should call and make sure. I followed her instructions. This time I spoke to a rude woman who told me she didn't know if the chair was in Rehoboth or not, it wasn't, still in Milford, call back next week....hey wait, why am I calling back ? We gave them full $600.00 and they could have cared less..Well.... I waited a week and did what I was told, called back.. This woman looked up the chair and said it was in Milford warehouse (still) but it was going to be delivered to Rehoboth store late that day. She said to be safe come and pick up tomorrow. Luckily, my husband looked on the receipt and read that the warehouse in Rehoboth was closed on Wed. So, we waited until Thurs. and went to pick up our chair. When we arrived (Ron) our salesman who was very nice took our paperwork and looked the chair up in his computer. Guess what ???? The chair was not there, yep it was still in the Milford warehouse!! Wasted trip... That evening I got a call from the store (Ashley),apparently the chair arrived in the Reboboth warehouse. Off we go once again, we see our friend Ron, he asked me why I didn't call first? I explained that Ashley called in the evening to tell us the chair was there.. Ron looked it up and yes!!!!! It was there. We got into our car, started to drive where we were instructed to go and were totally blocked by a tractor trailer that was delivering mattresses to the big upcoming tent sale. We were told you will have to wait until we finish unloading. We got angry at this, my husband screamed, never again shopping at this store!! The tractor trailer driver finally moved as he yelled.. We finally got over to the area where another man helped us get the chair into our SUV.. Yay, we finally got our chair.. I love the chair but what a horrible experience !! read more

We had a great experience here purchasing several rooms of furniture. Much of the furniture is Ashley brand. The prices were fantastic and and our salesperson Mary was professional, knowledgable and worked to find the best discounts on our purchase. The furniture was estimated to take 10-12 weeks but it was ready for delivery in 5 weeks. I would highly recommend this store. read more

I'm not very impressed with the quality of the furniture or the helpfulness of the staff. I walked around for 10 minutes with no one to greet me or offer assistance. When I was greeted, the woman was not helpful and quite pushy about what I should consider. When I inquired about the cost of various fabric options, she again was pushy about the cost associated with various options. She also was not particularly helpful in discussing options for the piece I was interested in. The rep also failed to explain which fabrics were lower cost vs. more high end. I'm not sure what the problem is, but the store is completely empty. With an empty store you would think the service would be stellar. Far from it. Getting a quote on a piece of furniture seemed like a big imposition. She refused to address simple requests like the price of different color options. Skip this place. The furniture is dated, the customer service reps are horrible, and the prices are not great. This was a waste of time. read more
