To echo Robert's review this is one of the nicest furniture stores around. My girlfriend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the lovely Tomekia. She gave us the grand tour of the place. Something my fellow Americans will like is their line of 100% USA made furniture. Made with real wood and not that cheap pressed stuff from IKEA. After a couple of hours and revisiting several bedroom sets we made our choice. Delivery was scheduled on Thursday and when the furniture arrived they assembled everything. All the pieces were setup perfectly. Every single drawer slides smoothly, the bed frame is rock solid, and best part of all no holes in the wall. I had bed movers put a little dent in my drywall one time - not these guys! Butterworth will 100% be seeing me again. I have big plans for the future. Lastly, after a few days I received a lovely thank you card. Butterworth may have made a customer for life.

I…read morewas told before making a contract that it could not be delivered today because there delivery team was on vacation. I was told they used other contract workers but someone would reach out to them to see if it could be delivered sooner. When I got home 2 hours later I felt I really needed the mattress on the same day so I wanted out of the just made contract to choose another location. When I called back I was able to talk to Steven Gulati a salesman that works there. He was absolutely thorough on canceling my order and used absolute A1 customer service in doing so. Steven spoke clearly, he listened closely to all details and made sure he got all my information correct the first time. Steven was patient, friendly and moved swiftly!!
