I think even I can manage to choose a product and then look at it to see if it's the same. Odd method of fitting wardrobes into spaces. Certainly not what we've experienced before. Ended up with wardrobe sticking out into room when there was a perfectly good space to fit it into. When questioned we were told "that's just the way we do it" (I wish that had been explained to start with.) Mechanism on the door broke within weeks of having it fitted. Although it was under warranty, took them 5 months (and a lot of chasing) to come and fix it. I expected more for £4k. All our other fitted wardrobes have been done at a fraction of the cost and finished to an impeccable standard by Rawson Builders and Joiners who I can not recommend highly enough.

The stuff were pretty ok but i prefer a more traditional look and i thought some of these were too modern. I did end up buying a recliner chair though which was well priced too and I am very happy with it. There was the obvious sofas, tables, chairs and other furniture - some looked quite flimsy and im not sure whether they are flat pack but they didnt impress me. The staff were friendly but too pushy. The prices werent too dear but for the quality fo some of the stuff it was overpriced.

I've been to Dunelm countless times for all kinds of things from kitchenware (saucepans/frying pans) to bedroom decorations (wallpaper, rugs) and it is pretty much my one stop shop. My visits recently are mainly for coffee related products (new cups, ceramic jugs etc) as I am desperately trying to become a coffee whizz in my spare time, and each time I leave happy and excited to return home and try out my new creamer - yes I am that sad. Price is probably my favourite thing about Dunelm as even though the stuff is high quality, it never seems to break the bank - a useful aspect when you break pots and glasses on a seemingly daily basis like I do. Through clumsiness not anger I might add :)

Yes, this Dunelm Mill has a cafe inside and it looks quite nice! Instead of aisles, the store is set up with the main aisle leading around the whole store... almost like IKEA, but not quite a maze like IKEA. They have loads of bedding, bath, kitchen, and decor items. I was quite impressed with the kitchen area, which I may have spent a lot of time in taking a look at all of the great gadgets and utensils I might need... or just plain want. This store has been great for our needs as far as setting up my boyfriend's new apartment. We even got some great, fluffy and cozy bath robes. Some items are quite inexpensive, but I couldn't find a "clearance" area (yes, I like to scout out the deals). There is a furniture area at the back of the store near the cafe, but it did look quite bare and it didn't look like there was a huge selection of furniture. It looked like the furniture selection was limited to tables and dressers. Overall it provides a lot of selection for great value and saves you from having to go to a number of different stores to decorate and furnish your home.

We ordered a sofa and room…read morefurniture from rooms and were told 8 weeks delivery. 2 weeks ago we chased up the furniture and were told someone would call us back. They didn't. A week ago we chased and spoke to someone else, they said they would call us back. They didn't. A day later we chased again to be told our order was lost and they were going to reorder and the furniture would arrive a week after we moved in. Why was this not picked up on the previous 2 chases? We asked to speak to a manager, no-one phoned back. Excuse after excuse. We then spoke to andrew 'manager'. Well. Basically we should count ourselves lucky because our sofa was early. At no point could we explain anything as he was too busy ranting about how they are not in the wrong. We obviously told them where to stick their furniture and are awaiting our deposit back. No doubt we will have to chase this up again. I would advise to avoid at all cost.

This is a decent office furniture shop that is on the corner of one of the main roads in and out of…read morethe town centre. They dont just sell to offices though - anyone can go in and buy a piece of furniture. I bought a corner desk unit for my pc and found this shop a lot cheaper than buying from somewhere like argos and the quality is better too. They do all the normal office desks and chairs from swivel to normal and then they also do fancy desks and units and filing cabinets, etc. Their choice is quite good but if they havent what you want ask and they will try to get it for you. Their prices are decent especially for the quality of the products. The store is medium sized and very clean and tidy but there isnt enough room for wheelchair users because it is quite wellstocked. The staff are lovely and friendly and very polite.
