The service guy said he couldn't promise he could get them done for me but that he would try. Sure enough my phone rang that afternoon saying they were done! Also there are some great deals to be had, I bought a really nice pair of sketcher shoes 1/2 price. Also the assistant manager was very helpful when my elderly mother was looking for new winter boots. She even took 25% off a pair of boots that were not on sale. I spend a lot of time in Edmonton and I can honestly say the customer service in Cold Lake is so much better than in the huge stores. Thanks Cold Lake Sport Chek you have my business!

They've got a walk-in humidor with a variety of Cubans, Nicaraguans, and other miscellaneous cigars of all sizes, flavours, and budgets. I was a little hesitant to make the 30 minute drive from Cold Lake just for a couple of cigars, but when I saw a beautiful plume developing on my favourite Cubans (Romeo y Juliet) I knew I had made the right choice. The store is clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. They also have a solid selection of cigarettes and vaping supplies for those people who fancy them. The only con I could see was that the general knowledge level of cigars was less than expected. If you don't know what you are looking for, you may want to do a bit of research first. That said, they have little tags on the cigar racks that indicate pertinent information about the cigars.
