I walked into America's Mattress and worked with Jeremiah who was so nice and knowledgeable. They only carry the best made brands. They don't sell a store made brand like I bought at another store in Greeley and now need to replace. Jeremiah knows everything about mattresses. He explained all the features without any pressure. He helped me understand how they mattresses are made and let me decide. I was nervous because I can't afford to buy the wrong bed again. I picked a Beautyrest and had confidence that I picked the right one. For comparison, I went back the other store and the salesperson encouraged me to buy the store brand, just like before. The mattress had less than half the coils of the Beautyrest and he said it would stay firm and work well for me. The next day I returned to America's Mattress and bought the Beautyrest. I worked with Joshua who was every bit as knowledgeable as Jeremiah. Both were so helpful and concerned about the long-term pain I've been in. An employee asked us a few questions and then showed us the box spring we wanted, which was priced 20-30% lower than comparable box springs at larger stores, so a great value. We chose the "white glove" service since I wanted the old box spring hauled away and the delivery guys did a great job - texted me when 10 minutes out, showed up on time, and carried the new box spring to our bedroom and placed it on the frame (with no damages on the way!). I found the bed I wanted and then I started looking at adjustable bases. I was told the bases came with a 10 year warranty and $100 off bases costing $1000 or more. The only base available was the middle one for $1000. It wasn't the one I wanted but I said okay. Here's the kick in the pants. No discount on the frame because the actual cost was $999.99, one penny short. (imagine that) The 10 year warranty is not included, it actually costs $99.95. The manager said that's automatically added on to which I replied, you said they came with a 10 year warranty, not that one was available for purchase. He didn't seem to grasp the difference. After a few minutes I decided it's not my job to educate this person on being accurate with the information you give a customer regarding price. I said have a nice day and walked out. I can afford to throw my money around, but I won't have a salesman do it for me and act like it's no big deal. There are plenty of other places to spend my money and when it's thousands of dollars, I expect at least a basic level of competence.

We had one mattress for a little over three months and decided that it was too firm for us. We reached out to the store (barely within the return window) and they went above and beyond to help us get a replacement mattress that will be a bit softer AND we actually received money back because the alternative option that we chose was less expensive that what was originally purchased. I say they went above and beyond because we will not be here and they had to schedule the pick-up and re-delivery out into February 2026 and honored all of the terms of the original return agreement. From sales floor people to managers everyone communicated well and worked together to make sure I was a happy customer. Their customer service is very much appreciated.
