The manager was a bit abrasive and lacked professional courtesy. The young lady that assisted us was kind and delightful. I would recommend the Moore Oklahoma and Stillwater location - we will not return to the Shawnee location!! The staff is totally out of it. The place is pretty dirty, with no clear cleaning or organization. There is no public restroom. The place is 3 stories tall with a couple dozen rooms packed from floor to ceiling. Not only is there no restroom here, there's none for blocks. You ask the staff and they just shrug at you. I just can't recommend them. TL;DR: Not good. No restrooms.

To those who did indeed get their crate, Congratulations…read more We ordered a crate on March 14, 2024. The website says it will take approximately 12 weeks from when payment is received. Payment cleared on April 5, 2024. We have not heard anything at all and have not received the crate. When we try calling the phone number listed, all we get is a busy signal. Since the company has not fulfilled their end of the contract, the right, moral, ethical and responsible thing to do is refund the money in full. However, I won't hold my breath. Will even be surprised if this review even gets posted.
