Was reading the reviews on here and it seems like nothing has changed; terrible customer service and a general disregard for giving the customer a good experience. I bought two items from the store, as I was in desperate need of a table in the condo I just moved into. I have bought from them a few times before, and so far I have not encountered anything worth ranting about in terms of items and customer service. However, it is safe to say that this terrible experience is one for the books. I had paid what the website charged me, and trusted that the configuration of their site was in working order. However, a day after, I received a text message that introduced themselves to me as Furniture Source Philippines that I had underpaid, and that they would not release my items to me until I paid the correct price. This was the first red flag for me. While I did not mind having to pay the delivery fee, it was the manner that they were speaking to me that I did not like. I was being made to feel like I was an irresponsible customer, when it was their website that made the mistake. When I inquired about why I was being charged more than I had already paid based on the specifications given to me by their website, I was met with no response. I then sent a message to their Viber number essentially outlining that I was not going to pay for something in which I did not understand why I was being charged extra (as is my right as a customer who paid the total in full). I was met with someone who told me that I just had to pay the extra fee or else they would not release my items to me, and that I must pay it immediately to ensure that I am able to meet the cutoff for processing orders. Second red flag. I then got pretty upset (as I am sure is understandable) and outlined how disappointed I was at the customer service I was receiving. Not a single apology from whoever was responding to my messages. They just continued to say that I would not get my items unless I paid the remaining fee -- once again I was being made out to be an irresponsible customer when it was their website that undercharged me. Third red flag. Giving up, I just paid the fee as I was desperate to receive my items ASAP. Compared to their blatant ignoring of my messages that had to do with customer comments, they responded immediately. Fourth red flag (as it indicated that they did not care about the customer at all). When I asked for a possible delivery date from them, I was ignored. One week later, I receive a text from them telling me that my delivery date was set for December 11, and that I had to respond by 3:00 p.m. that same day for them to push through with delivery. Despite me having paid in full, and was even inconvenienced into paying an extra fee, they could not even bring themselves to ask the customer if the date was alright with me! I then received a Viber message from whoever was manning that number as well, essentially telling me that the delivery team was trying to call me and I was ignoring them, and that if I did not give them a response, they will cancel my delivery and the process will restart and that I just had to deal with the consequences of not answering their calls and messages. Once again, they expect you to be at their every beck and call. Upon checking my phone's logs, I saw that they had texted and called me at around 1:30 p.m., and I had given them a response at 1:45 p.m.. They ignore you for days on end, and yet expect you to give them a response within mere minutes of them sending texts and calling you, when they do not even give you an option with the delivery date and time. Fifth red flag. There was zero service recovery done throughout this entire transaction. Whoever responds via Viber is also very demanding and arrogant when responding to customer complaints and queries. Do not buy from them. They do not care about the customer at all. Get your furniture from IKEA or SM instead. Even Landmark has better service than this company. read more

DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE! The pictures and display items are all good but the actual item that they will give to you once you have paid in full are already been DAMAGED! I went to their branch in Santolan Plaza to buy an accent chair on July 5, 2019, and then I paid it in full the same day to reserve the item. They have scheduled me to pick up the item in Bonny Serrano, San Juan but to my surprise they are giving me a DAMAGED CHAIR. I asked if they have other stock items but the staff told me that the remaining chairs are already reserved and that's the only option I have. So, I decided to ask for refund last Sunday (July 7) and didn't get the item. They marked my receipt as "cancelled for refund" and they took photos of the item as proof that there are damages in the chair and sent it together with my refund request. I followed up last Wednesday about the status of my refund, and the lady who answered the phone said they will credit back through my bank account but they didn't ask for my bank details. She also mentioned that they will give me updates within the day, but there was none. So, I followed up on Thursday since I didn't receive any updates and then followed up again today and they said that I have 2 options - change item or credit memo. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Their furniture is sold at high markups if you compare to Ikea originals. We ordered a chest of drawers which cost 8,300php (159 USD) on the Ikea website. Furniture Source Manila sells the same product for 4,000php (80 USD) more. They also charge a compulsory delivery fee of 750php on top of their already inflated prices, even if you're willing to pick up item at the store. Delivery took more than a week and a half since paying this forced delivery fee, and they were hesitant to accommodate our availability, insisting instead on what was convenient for them. From the date we purchased items in their showroom, delivery took 16 days or 12 business days, even if they told us delivery would take 7-10 working days when we paid for items. We also ordered two Eket cabinets from them, but needed to cancel the order because they informed us 2 weeks after purchase that they discovered all their stocks for this product were damaged. They told me they'd refund for these cabinets after the chest of drawers were delivered Tuesday. It's Friday already, and they still haven't refunded our payment for the Eket cabinets. When I followed up refund today, all they could say was "This is for processing." You're probably better off waiting for Ikea to come to Manila in 2020 than relying on this faux and overpriced substitute. read more

Poor Custome Support No one is answering their contact numbers. I called both landline numbers posted on Facebook and on their website and both are out of service. I called their mobile number and sent a Viber message, no one answered the phone call and my Viber message was only seen and not responded. I sent a Facebook message and it was only seen and not responded. My order was placed a week ago, so far, I am not impressed with this company. read more

Poor customer support! We ordered for an accent chair at their Santolan Store. Paid in full via CC. Then scheduled a pick up at their office nearby. When we saw the item, we checked it, unfortunately it was not in a good shape, it had several scratches on the surface, seems like it was not stored properly. They showed us another stock but it was at the same condition so we decided not to get it, and asked for a refund instead. Staff at the office agreed and wrote it in our receipt. 2 weeks from the date, and they we're asking us to just replace the item with another chair instead of our earlier agreed refund. We don't want to transact with them anymore so insisted a refund. Our follow ups are not responded anymore and they are answering not our calls. DON'T PAY FOR AN ITEM UNLESS YOU SEE THE ACTUAL STOCK! I ordered 2 items from them: malm chest of 6 drawers and millie 2 seater sofa bed. The Malm drawers were fine but the Millie 2 seater sofabed (pink) I was a bit disappointed. It barely has a cushion. It's quite hard. When we use it as bed at night, you surely won't get a good night sleep. It also makes me so conscious to move around 'cause it'll just suddenly fold - which tells me that it doesn't have a very good support so I don't think this is good for sleeping. We purchased this lounging during the day AND sleeping bed during the night. Sadly, it's not recommended for the latter. The quality is poor. The zipper broke a few times, I had to stitch it up just to keep the cover intact. This was such a bad purchase. Had I seen these feedback back then I wouldn't have pushed through with this purchase. read more

There is a reason they disabled their Facebook reviews. Because I am sure there is quite a number of us having issues with them. Jan 4, I purchased Kallax and 4 dark gray Branas. I ordered thru one of their staff Era. I was with her when she personally called their warehouse to check if there are enough stock and got a confirmation that there indeed was. Jan 10, I preordered a Birch Trofast from them with 6 black tubs. 3 small 3 medium. I paid them the full amount of the preordered item as instructed, which is for Php8,990.00. The price in Ikea is $80.99, with shipping and custom duties, it is the price you expect as they declared. That was okay. The conversation was okay. Then aftersales happened. The Kallax and Branas order: There was no message whatsover that there will only be 3 Branas when they deliver. They only informed me when they arrived at my house. That's fine, even though they did assure me when I paid it was there, that's fine. My problem was this: I messaged them Jan 14. After saying they will follow up, I didn't hear back from them again. I messaged back Feb 9. They said that there's Branas arriving, but no specific date when. A week after I dropped by their store in Santolan Town Plaza, there was still no Branas. It is now Feb 22, and nothing. The Trofast order: Like I said, I preordered and as instructed, paid in full. I was clear with the colors I wanted. When you preorder, it is not stock based. So you would think there wouldnt be any problems. Wrong. I was woken up to a call today, telling me that my order of all black tubs are a combination of white and black. After weeks of hardly any update like my other order, this is the update that I get. AND the person who called me even had the gall to say this: "inuupdate ko lang po kayo ng order nyo" The F. One of the worst aftersales service. Utter lack of communication, updates, and resolution. Update: While writing this, they called me again to tell me this time it is all medium tubs. #GRRR. Also, they are now blaming Ikea. They said they have proof they ordered the right tubs. The proof is an excel file fyi. an editable excel file. Not an actual order transaction. I dont see the point of not showing that, we already know how much Ikea charges. In any case, they can shade the pricing. Show me that the error is actually Ikeas and not their error. read more

I bought a 200 cm linnmon table. The item is perfect it fits my budget BUT they gave me a missing leg. There's suppose to be 5 legs for a table this long in the middle but they didn't give me. It turns out they edited the image from the website and removed the 5th leg and sells "extra" legs for this kind of table. WHAT A HASSLE! delivery charges are also expensive! They didn't do anything about my complaint and asked me to just buy the leg and have it picked up or delivered (with delivery fee almost the same price as the extra leg) So please beware. I discovered Furniture Source when I was surfing the web in order to find a nice crib for my baby's bedroom. I was a little bit frustrated because all the cribs I had found on the malls until then were very expensive and not outstanding at all. One fine day I was unpretentiously looking for some IKEA inspiration for my Pinterest, saying to myself "what a pity there's no Ikea here in the Philippines" when I finally found this interesting store that sells...Ikea products here in the Phillipines! Bull's eye! Yay! Furniture Source sells all cute Ikea's products that we love. Drop by their showroom and you'll find not only children's furniture but also beautiful items for bedroom, living room, bathroom, work office and so on. Every time I go there I want to change my home decor style :P Yup, I've bought my baby's crib there. It's just perfect, with Ikea's scandinavian design that we love. And guess what: it was on sale, so I paid only PHP 5k for it! By the way, they regularly put the products on sale. If I were you, I would definitely visit the showroom! It opens everyday including Sundays and holidays from 9am to 8pm. Tip: they have a wonderful page on Facebook and you can make your orders there for them to deliver at your place. read more

Called them to inquire about how long it would normally take for them to order stuff from their source, i was told to refer to their website which i couldnt do while the call was still active so the person i talked to suggested that i hang up, check their website, and call again. Normally i wouldve done that but to be honest their website isnt really what you would call mobile friendly so i asked the person on the other line to just run it through me which she in fact did but with a clearly irritated tone followed with her raising her voice to me, i know they have a low rating which before the call i took as their competition tryint to bog them down but now i can see it is justified, wont be ordering from them, glad i didnt waste my money read more

Please do not purchase from this store. We ordered online and took them 2 months to share an update if the delivery. I was able to reached their contact number for the first time after two weeks of daily call and 4 weeks of never-ending follow up including writing on their website. After I was able to talk to a person, it took me another two weeks of follow up. After giving them my address 3 times - thru website order, email and call, their third party delivery still got a wrong address which I needed to make a separate follow up. My order is still pending as of this writing. Customer is beyond worst. Should be no start for this review read more

Very very bad customer service. 1st purchase, i ordered many items all the big items were delivered bt missing one item. If i did not double check then it would be disregarded. The deliveryman did not provide a delivery receipt! 2nd time i purchased, deliveryman kept calling me to the point of harrassmenr saying he will only deliver 3 items, when i paid for 6 items! He kept insisting it was not his fault and even shouted at me! Called the celphone of furnituresource to complain NO ANSWER. Text message NO ANSWER. Viber call furniture source, NO ANSWER. Viber text them and takes too long to reply after 30 minutes to hours! Very crappy service. Delivery and furnituresource no coordination and no accountability at all! Beware when buying be prepared to be harrassed by their terrible delivery service! read more

Terrible. I agree with most of the reviewers who say, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I purchased an item online for my office over 3 weeks ago, paid in full, then ten days later was asked to pay additional money to install the piece. So I paid, and then was made to wait another 2 weeks, and a million follow ups (to which there was no reply) to ask for the status of my order. Just yesterday I found out via Viber text that there was a mix up and they actually didn't have any in stock. The lame apology included an invitation to use the money I had paid to purchase another piece of furniture because I was going to be given store credit. Unbelievable. What's most frustrating is WHILE they make customers who pay good money (that doesn't grow on trees, by the way as they seem to assume) wait endlessly for their orders with absolutely no feedback (except when they need to collect more money) - THEY ADVERTISE FOR THEIR 11.11 SALE TO SELL MORE! While they have time to create ads and sell, they don't have time for customers who actually swiped their cards and paid for an item. I don't know who owns this store or who runs it, but this store is the worst I've encountered and I will NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN. Terrible service and coordination. The attendees in their Santolan Town Plaza shop know nothing about their merchandise. I wound up telling them which was on sale, which items could be bought as a set or individually, what items were still available according to their online catalogue...as if that wasn't enough of a horrible impression, when I sent my driver to pick up my ordered items in Granada st, they told me I had already picked it up and would not release the items I already paid for!! Then they would not pick up their landline or mobile phone no matter how much I tried to call in order to get to the bottom of this. An overall frustrating and very disappointing experience. It is not worth the hassle to save a few bucks. read more

It's exploitative. It shouldn't take a genius to compare prices of Ikea products on the web with what this store is offering. While Ikea prides itself in keeping furniture costs low, Furniture Source Philippines supposedly brings the same stuff to the Philippines at three times the cost, significantly devaluing not just the stance Ikea has on affordability, but also the labor of local artisans and craftsmen whose handmade products using more expensive and sturdier materials are sold at a cheaper price than the machine-made stuff sold at this store. You go to their teeny store and they feign the Ikea experience for you, and you don't even get to eat Swedish meatballs after all of that. read more

Do NOT buy from Furniture Source Philippines. We ordered a black wardrobe cabinet from them but they delivered a white one. We didn't have it exchanged because white could also work for the theme of the bedroom. We also preordered stuff on July 1 and have been following up ETA almost everyday since August 1. @furnituresourcephils promised 5 weeks for preordered items. The stuff was delivered last week of August. BUT the delivered items were incomplete. We're missing 1 pair of curtain racks and 2 pairs of finials. That we still haven't received until now. I have exhausted all possible means to contact them privately but all their landlines just kept ringing and no one is answering their social media accounts. read more
