When we called bros furniture to ask what happened, Jose told his brother Luis that we were lying. So now we have to come up with 1000 dollars before we get hit with the high interest rate. So Luis after saying he would look into it, didnt even try. He instead made sure he was too busy to talk to an upset customer. There customer service sucks. So a couple days later Luis calls and tells us Jose said he didn't say that to us, about using two cards. So Luis says he has a way to fix this problem. Well it consisted of giving him more money to pay the fees that it would cost him to help us. The mistake by lying to us, now is costing us more.
