I did find the Sandwich bread a little dry and powdery for my liking but the filling inside was OK. I really enjoyed eating the St-Hubert poutine. J'ai commandé une salade César au poulet grillé. Excellente avec une vinaigrette maison ce qui se fait de moins en moins. Once inside, the atmosphere is relaxing and rustic. You'd expect in this part of Canada. I was greeted quickly, at the bar. Now the best part,,, the food has always been spectacular, today I had the salmon. The presentation was nothing short of beautiful. Nicely spiced, accompanied by perfectly prepared broccoli, tiny potatoes, peas and a sauce that made me scrape my plate. I'll be back!!!
