The place is always busy, as I drive by it regularly, but the thought of going away from my Mitsubishi dealer service was somewhat daunting; now, I can only imagine how much money I would have saved if only I'd gone there for service years ago. Andrew Burrows, the owner, and his team are great people to work with. Their service is impeccable with an honesty - they actually try to save you money on repairs! - that's a rarity in today's world of hustle and bustle. They service all makes and models of cars, utes - almost whatever you drive - with a quick turnaround time and labour costs that won't break the bank! They also handle Safety Certificates - got one for a Honda Accord I recently sold - and also sell batteries, ice and even BBQ gas. However, go there for the automotive service. You'll be a convert if you own a car.

Rip off and unprofessional…read more I ordered a new tyre from Northside Honda on 21/11/18 for $295. I went in to pick it up today and was given the 'rubber' tyre only. I don't know much about cars but I was expecting, either the new tyre comes with rims or that Honda will fit the tyre onto my rims. None of the above happen. The staff just put the rubber into my car and was happy for me to drive off. I was then told there might be additional charges to put the rubber onto my rims. After speaking with other staff members, it was confirmed that the cost of $295 includes the rubber tyre and fitting, but this can't be done today so I have to go back next week. I am dissatisfied that I wasted an hour driving to Northside Honda just to be given a piece of rubber for $295, and later told that there might be additional charges for the fitting. Honda employees should be more professional and knowledgeable. They should know their products, that a new tyre purchased includes the rubber tyre and fitting. I am also dissatisfied that I had to paid for the tyre today when nothing has been done. And, that I still have to go back next week to get it fitted. This is unnecessary stress and could have been avoided had Northside Honda's employees been more professional and educated on their products and services.

The mechanic Aaron remembered our phone conversation from days earlier, called me to provide updates during the day, when it would be ready, etc. The cost was very reasonable for the work done, and was told what work would be needed soon and a time/cost estimate for each. I'll now be a regular customer and also recommending them to everyone.

The cost of logbook scheduled maintenance is always less than at the dealership. I can always get my car in for an appointment within a day or two of asking. They provided him with video evidence from their surveillance cameras showing them actually tightening his axle. They gave him a loan bike and he trashed it and abandoned it. I intend to book in my R class license here as well when I'm ready to move onto a bigger bike as they have a Q Ride school. Literally only leaving this review because I read the negative one and thought this guy must be a fuck wit because that is not even remotely the experience I had with these guys.

Hey guys just a word of warning about One Addiction at Lawnton. Have had a pretty awful experience…read morewith them just recently. Took my bike in for a service and a rear tyre change. Go for a ride the next day and my rear wheel jolts sideways at 100 km/h. Manage to keep the bike upright and look down and see the rear axle nut missing (the nut holding the rear wheel on). They must have forgotten to tighten the nut. They say they will come and get me from where I was out near Dayboro. I expected a tow truck or something to show up but nope, the mechanic rocks up on his bike, does a quick roadside repair and tells me it's right to ride back to the shop... Then the way I was treated afterwards I felt was incredibly unprofessional and they didn't even refund the labour they charged me for changing the tyre. They gave me a $100 voucher for discounts on future services in an attempt to appease me. As if I'm gonna be going back there ever again after their mistake nearly cost me my life. I get that mistakes happen but when your mistake nearly costs a customer their life, you think that you would be treated with a bit more kindness than I was. They refused to pay for my bike to be towed to another location to be repaired after I told them I didn't trust them to touch it. Take the owner's response with a very big grain of salt.
