The equipment is well-chosen and versatile; the space is cheery, immaculate, and well-maintained. There's a room of boxing equipment, and I think brand new leg machinery since I was last here. The owner and trainer is friendly, helpful, and just a constant source of positive energy. Love this place. One small eccentricity to be prepared for: as part of keeping the place so clean with no staff, you are asked not to wear shoes you've worn on the street into the gym. Bring training shoes in your bag and change into them once you're inside.

The gym has all the necessary equipment, be it weight training (machine and free weights), cardio, or even boxing. Everything is kept in super clean and well-functioning state. I also really appreciated his tips around workouts here and there (and I know he also has personal training program as well). Also included is the protein shake you can get at the end of the workout, which I thought was a great plus especially for travelers like myself. More than anything, this is not one of those commercial gyms where they only care about taking your money or the equipment can be hit or miss. It felt like I was working out at a friend's place with a super nice gym. Overall, I can't recommend it enough for anyone whether local or visiting Berlin and Schöneberg area.

I loved the place so much that signed up 6 month contract. Shortly after, my stay in Germany was cut short and I couldn't attend. Noexcuses reps were very nice and understood my situation and cancelled the contract. As I learnt from them - be careful what you are signing and committing to a long term membership, especially if your visa in the country is temporary. Unfortunately we didn't even go there because a single drop-in fee is either 25€ per person which is 10 euro more than the regular drop-in fee or a T-Shirt for 30 €. They offered us eventually a drop-in for 20€ but it's still more expensive than the other boxes. I understand running a box isn't easy and we all need to profit to survive. But this makes me feel that it's just for ripping off visitors since we probably won't be their longterm members. Overall I'd simply say this box is just not visitor-friendly considering the overpriced drop-in fees.

I see cleaning personnel in there constantly, and they are also very nice if you exchange some words. My only qualm is that sometimes the sink water is turned on really hot and you can't adjust it. I also like the amount of cardio machines and weight machines. It does get a tad crowded in the evening but there's always something to do if you're waiting. I think the best part of this gym are the classes they offer. The teachers are SUPER! Even if the class is a bit low intensity for my needs (I really enjoy Zumba but I don't burn as many calories depending on the complexity of the class), the teachers are all very nice and energetic. Body Attack is one of my favorites because it is very effective. Pilates on Tuesday mornings are also great because the instructor really goes around the whole class and corrects your posture. The only thing about the class room is that there are no mirrors. Not so big of an issue but all gyms I have been to have mirrors so you can see how your body is moving and try to adjust it. I think it would most benefit Body Pump and Yoga classes, as those need the most precision so you don't injure yourself. Overall, great gym. I recommend it highly.

Junge Goldstücke lassen Hanteln an einem vorbei fliegen und wenn man sie darauf anspricht hatten sie einen Schwächeanfall bzw. werden frech. Wenn man dann um Abhilfe bittet wird von den Trainern nur ein "DUDUDU" ausgesprochen. Hanteln muss man im ganzen Studio zusammensuchen weil sie da stehen und liegen gelassen werden wo Man(n)/Frau sie gerad gebraucht hat, vom abräumen der der Geräte fange ich garnicht erst an. Es werden 2-3 Geräte blockiert weil man ja ein "Zirkeltraining" macht! Naja die Teamtrainings finden nur selten statt, trotz Ankündigung. Die Musik wird bei den Trainings teilweise so laut aufgedreht das man sie draussen sogar durch seine Kopfhörer hört. Leider eben nicht mehr alles SuperFit!
