Went in to have my gel polish removed because I decided to let my nails have a break to get healthy again. They did not soak it off long Enough so they had to dremel it off. And once they had it off the nail tech took a larger rougher head dremel and completely ruined my nails! Why I didn't speak up I have no idea. You expect they are professionals who know what they are doing. It took months to grow my nails out and they looked horrible because my nails had rough marks all over them. If they didn't want to do it because I wasn't having a manicure they should have said so instead of purposely ruining my nails!!! absolute piss poor job. i went there a week ago today to get some acrylic french tips and had to go back!!! when i first went and left the nails were horribly uneven and just so sloppy! so i went back and got them redone and fixed after calling....all was well until today. i kid you not the nail just popped off. its barley been a week today was the one week mark, they were barely grown out or anything. me being me i pull off what i can when one of them pops off and im biting off the nail like a press on ?! they just come off without any hesitation! read more

Here we go! About 12-13 yrs ago Future nail salon was my favorite. As the years goes on it's just bad now. Here are pics of what I asked for and what I got. The picture tells my story for me. I will never step foot back into this salon and the customer service matched the work...POOR! Btw they tired doing the design but he blamed my nails on the reason it didn't come out right. The guy that did my full set failed at the length and shape to start with. That wasn't even the part that behooved me....the way they got mad and insulted me (saying my fingers are wide) and getting upset when I told them I didn't like the designed they tried to do. I took my daughters here to get acrylics and I had previously made an appointment and then I come in at the appointment time and the were very unpleasant and acted like I was an inconvenience. We stood there and waited 20 min past our appointment time and I was not asked the length prior to him cutting he was just doing what he wanted and when I asked for longer I felt like he was talking about me. My one daughter originally went in wanting gems but she felt like her tech was pushy and short with her so she just got the solid color. And my youngest daughter didn't really have an issue til a few days later one was falling off and one completely fell off. They didn't charge to re do the one but the one they re fixed is now loose again! I will not come back here! Absolutely bad experience!! read more

They don't listen. If I'm paying for a service just listen to my directions and do what I'm asking for. I made a 5:30pm appointment with TINA yesterday (3/7) and when I arrived they had some man doing my pedicure. I was trying to explain the way I wanted my toes shaped and polish and he just said a few words to his coworker, got up, and started doing another woman's manicure. By this time it's 6pm and they were making Me wait for Tina to do my feet. I requested a soak off the minute I came and and no one thought it was a good idea to have my tips soaking off while I wait on my pedicure. Once my pedicure was FINALLY done, it was 7pm. It should NOT have taken that long. I sit down for my soak off and full set and Tina tells me that there is no time. We HAD the time but no one accommodated my request when I asked! At this point, Tina is rushing to do my nails and is making the simplest mistakes. $118 for this service and my nails were sloppily done. Bad shape, bad polish job, not properly buffed (you can see it under the gel polish), and one of my stones ALREADY came off which means they were not properly put on. I'm NEVER going back here. If you like your nails to look clean, sharp, and of good quality just don't come to this salon. They will rush and get annoyed when you tell them how you want your nails done. I'm supposed to be going to Jamaica tomorrow and this was the worst full set I've ever had done since living in Williamsport. read more

The woman who gave me a pedicure was very rough. She ripped skin out on the sides of three of my toes and I'm concerned two of them may become infected. A pedicure or manicure should be a relaxing experience. Not a painful one that includes bleeding and possible infection. read more

I've been her many times and had good service. Today, my friend and I made a pedicure appointment but had to wait 45 minutes just to be seated, then another 10 minutes before they got started. What's the point of making an appointment? We almost walked out twice but stuck it out. We were told we had to wait for 2 seats together but saw 3 empty seats together. The woman told us one didn't work, then they sat a couple in in it and the one next to it immediately after us. Another woman I know came in for her appointment and they were so busy she didn't wait and left. My technician did a good job, but this was definitely my worst experience there. I am new to the area and looking for a nail salon to frequent. I was recommended to go to future nails. I will never set foot in their business again! The tech was rude, they completely overbooked themselves and had at least two customers to one tech within 30 minutes of my arrival. I had dipped nails that needed to be removed the tech decided without asking me that he was just going to file them down and dip over them. When I asked to have them removed first he initially told me no. And then acquiesced to my request. He was clearly irritated with me. The new dip was two clear coats and only one coat of the color. He filed my nails with the electric file and did not buff them. The edges he actually filed the color off because there was only one coat of color. I have file marks that can be seen on my nails. One of my nails has a big bump that he filed down manually after polishing and left it dull (did not polish it) When he was done filing he didn't even let me wash my hands before he put oil and lotion on my hands. That was a great feeling to have all the grit of the dust rubbed into my hands. I had to go and buy a clear coat of polish to make my nails shine. His only goal was to get me in and out as soon as possible. In 30 years of having my nails professionally done this is by far the worst service I have ever had. I normally take my disappointment up with this store but in this case I would never return and have no interest in talking to Management. read more

Best pedicure I've ever gotten! Sometimes I walk out of places with crooked toe nails and globby polish and that was definitely not the case here. My toes look great! At my first visit, for which I made an appointment, I waited 20 minutes to be addressed and seated for a pedicure, which was mediocre at best. At my second visit, again, for which I made an appointment, I was told to have a seat at a pedi chair after waiting 15 minutes. After 15 MORE minutes, I was seated in the pedi chair, but still waiting for someone to start the water. When I asked an employee how much longer my wait would be, she said another 15 minutes. I left without having the pedicure I had made an appointment to have. This salon communicates poorly and schedules poorly. There are a lot of other choices for much better service. I do not have my nails done very often. I have gone here a hand full of times with my daughter for something fun to do together. Last month I was there and I asked for French manicure gel nails. I had the powder gel nails before and did not like them. The manicurist insisted I get them again. I told her no three times and I just wanted regular french manicure gel nail. She started out with giving me gel nails (I seen it on the bottle) then she switched her bottles. I couldn't see the writing on the bottle anymore but assumed the last bottle must have been empty. She finished up and I paid then left. That evening my nails began to chip. By the next afternoon 3 of the nail polishes were off of my nails. I will never return there again. read more

First off this address and phone number listed on here are incorrect. Walked in without an appointment for a gel manicure and was taken right away. However, instead of letting my previous gel soak off, he used a buffer and filed it off which made my nails very thin. He also cut them and shaped them square without asking me first. Then once I asked for them to be rounded, he filed them down even shorter. My first time here and over all not very happy. We'll see how long this manicure lasts. read more

I do not live in Williamsport year round, however several times a year I am there as I have been for many years. I have been extremely satisfied and pleased with my manicures. The last several times I've been having dip manicures and they've been beautifully donehowever, on November 9th at 12:30 I had a manicure but the young girl fluent in English. a graduate from Penn College and d. She did a great job on the nails until the top coat. For the first time ever and having a dip manicure she did not put the top coat under the lights to cure. I asked her why she was not doing this and she said this was a different top coat that would last longer and be shinier. 4 days after the manicure the top coat is peeling. I called them, and of course they offered to have me come in, however I'm in no longer in Pennsylvania. The woman I spoke to said they would give me a free manicure when I return and I'm hoping they honor that. I have been coming to this salon for a couple of years. The services mostly have been acceptable. Today I received the worst pedicure of my life. Start to finish 20 minutes. He rushed through every step of the service and cut me and left me bleeding.....just continued to polish the nail without wiping the blood. He rushed everything. Absolutely the best mani and pedi I've had since I've been in PA! I had my nails done at the mall and the customer service was worse than the quality of my nails(paint was chipped on my French tips by the time i got home that same day) so that tells you how great my experience was right!? I found two more places in Williamsport that either had sucky customer service or amateur work so ive been disappointed since moving from SC where nails are our lives lol. Nonetheless, i found summer nails on Google and was on my way to give them a try before completely giving up nails altogether and came across Future Nails first. Reluctantly i decided to stop and i Thank God that i did!!!! They were closing but came to get us after we turned around seeing the store hours. Their customer service was BEYOND AMAZING! Anna was the best! For $70 i got perfect French tipped nails, hand massage, warm towels, amazing pedi, foot and leg massage, warm towels and great conversation. They never rushed. I've gotten my nails done by enough nail techs to know the basics of applying and snapping acrylic nails. From the moment the nail tech started, I knew I'd be walking out dissatisfied. Long story short, just don't go. I'm not sure if it's just the individual who did my nails or what but, if I do not have a lose me to do what you do and do a better job, I'd rather save my money and do it myself.
