But a zero or half a megabit and it's not even any pick hours...? t's at 12:30 at noon where everybody is at work now so there shouldn't be any overages on their lines. C'mon! That is absolutely not acceptable. It's not only today. It is many days in a week that we experience very slow internet connection. I will wait till the end of the 1 year contract with them and I'm switching back to Cablevison cable (for a promotional price) again. We're having same problems with Alteva since we signed up with them. And am not paying this month's bill for sure.

They state clearly that everything you bring to them it is just metals, so what an item cost originally or is worth is of no concern. Just ask your self why you are "recycling" ?
