After 4 hours of work that cost me over $500 the house was no cleaner than when they started. It was dusty and nothing was moved to be able to clean under the items. Even the toilet was left dirty. I really don't know what they did for 4 hours. I spoke to the company when they called for my credit card and told them the job was not good. I had moved whatever furniture out of the way beforehand but he moved bedside tables and beds to get underneath and put them back in their place! I found a gold ring had been left on my father's desk and asked my father about it. He said he thought he had lost it almost a year ago and said that was worth the price of the cleaning many times over! There was a light scent that dissipated after a few hours but I had no reaction to it. I would definitely recommend this company. It was really quick and professional, they were exactly on time even for an 8am clean and got right to work. I honestly thought I would never have a clean couch again, I'm genuinely really glad I went to them instead of trying any more disastrous DIY cleaning methods. Very friendly customer service as well, which goes a long way when you're stressed about your couch possibly being stained forever.
