Was excited to buy Chupa Chups for my three-year-old... Except the bleached blonde sales associate was too busy confirming her evening with her boyfriend on her cell phone. After waiting for several minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment (and noticing that they specify a $5 minimum to use a card-), we decided to pop over to Whole Foods and buy a bag of organic lollipops. I have had a lot of bad customer service, but I have never seen an employee take a five minute personal phone call with customers around. I should have just let my daughter take a lollipop and walk out. Whoever owns this place, I would fire the employee who is working right now- June 29th at 4pm. Seems like I'm not the only one who has had this issue, either. read more

Lots of different candy... right by movie theater too. I'm sure they get a lot of the movie crowd. Expensive candy but good variety. Also have truffles. read more

Only wish you could leave a 1/2 star... Went to pick up a few pieces of candy for the movies. Well, service was fine, but the candy was awful. It was old and hard. The chocolate covered caramels were like chocolate covered powder balls. The grossest thing I have ever had. Very disappointing. The cinnamon bears were hard. I will never be back. It was $4 for 8 cinnamon bears and a small handful of caramels which have landed in the garbage. Thank you for reminding me why I don't eat candy! You would have fresher & better at the dollar store. read more

Wanted to buy my daughter some candy, walked in and did not see any employees, but could hear loud chit-chat coming from the back. Tall brunette (working 12/8/11 in early afternoon) walked out obviously taking a personal call, looked right at us but didn't get off the phone or acknowledge we were there, so we left without buying anything. Will not be back, employees need some serious customer service training. Most fast food workers are better than her and that's not saying much. read more

I don't think the previous reviewers should rate a business solely on bad employees... This store only works one person at a time so just because they might have unknowingly hired a slacker high school student doesn't mean they should receive such a low rating. I take my kids here all the time and they have always been friendly and helpful to me. We come here at least once a week for the movies and always grab candy for the show. Large selection, bulk candy, gourmet chocolates and fudge, and a very fun and friendly atmosphere!! read more
