I understand a substitution policy, however you've got to be kidding me with the 'substitutions' Fuzzy's Flowers made for This Magic Moment Flowers, premium bouquet. It was supposedly a "divine bowl of pastel roses is hand-delivered to someone special. Perfect for any occasion, the soft colors and variety of rose blossoms will soothe anyone's soul. Beautiful yellow roses, peach and white spray roses and greens are delivered in a clear glass bubble ball. The effect is magical." Instead I get what looks like a low budget bouquet that has nothing magical about the majority carnations, a few gerbera daisies, a snap dragon and a few roses - not to mention the lack of "Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value". Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary . I place the order on 6-22-15, they were to be delivered on 6-25-15. I talked to my wife at the end of the day (25th) and found out they had not been delivered. I called the florist and eventually they found my lost order. They asked if they could deliver them the next day and I told them no that I wanted my money back. They informed me that the management would not be available until after 7-8-15, nearly two weeks later and that they could NOT give me a refund until then. They insisted that there was nothing else they could do. I told her to contact management and inform them of the situation. She told me it would do no good as they could not do anything about it until they after they return. read more
