Really going downhill. The quesadillas are runny and make the tortilla soggy. The tacos don't have fresh ingredients and they are mediocre at best. Absolutely horrible service, and the worst excuse for a "manager" I've ever dealt with. The door dash receipt clearly shows what was ordered and paid for, yet when the wrong order was delivered (5 tacos short) we called Fuzzy's and were told if we wanted them we had to come get them after paying $10 for delivery already. My family actually eats at Fuzzy's a couple of times a month. The food is good with reasonable pricing. My kids love the cheeseburger quesadillas they gave on the kids' menu. I always get the shredded chicken tacos - cheap but tasty. I tried a salad the other day with fajita beef and it was excellent. I was looking for something keto friendly on the menu and the salad fit the bill. It was huge! We'll probable go back to eat here in a week or two. read more

There was just really nothing impressive about this Fuzzy's, which makes me sad because we don't have it in my hometown and I was ready to get down on some delicious tacos! Maybe if I was a student this would be a good place to come with a laptop (they have free wifi), have a beer and watch a game while I got work done, but as a visitor to Nac I was just looking to get in and out with some delicious food. I felt like both our app (queso) and my dinner (quesadilla) were lacking in flavor, although the Fuzzy's hot sauce is great! My beer (a draft) seemed pretty flat and lacked flavor, which was a bit disappointing as well. If you've been to other Fuzzy's in different markets, do not expect the same quality here. The service is fast, the wifi is great, but if it's a meal you're looking for, this is probably not your best option! read more

I'm sure this spot is a decent place to enjoy an afternoon lunch...that is however under different circumstances. Sure the employees talk too loudly about their coworkers. And yes they wouldn't hand you the food from the window; leaving you to decide for yourself which meal is your's. These things I can live with. However...I am not a fan of finding thick plastic wrapping buried deeply within my quesadilla. Upon relaying this stomach churning news to the staff...they asked, "are you sure that's plastic?" Yes, ladies and gentlemen I can distinguish between fajita chicken and plastic when it's between my teeth. I'm talking this thing was about 4x2 inches. Fuzzy's Taco gets one star for helping me to relate to the poor birds on the cover of national geographic. I was excited to go here. The decor and menu looked cool and modern, and the staff was nice. However, the food was less than satisfactory. I got the chicken fajita quesadilla and my husband got the brisket nachos; they were both bland. We also got queso and tortilla chips and they had more flavor than my meal because the chips were sprinkled with some sort of seasoning which I'd never seen done before, and it was pretty good. The chicken and brisket wasn't good and my quesadilla was pretty skimpy. But they did have a coke machine! I probably wouldn't go back. read more

I Love Fuzzy's I truly do. I will drive 20 miles from my house to a Fuzzy's. I always make a special stop at this location on my drive to visit my family. The last 3 times I have stopped here I have really been disappointed with the food. I am not sure if they have had a management change or they changed the recipe but something is very different. Well today I got tacos that tasted and looked like they were a day or 2 old! I hate that this place has fallen so short of the fuzzy's name. I can only hope something is done about this place. Had a terrible experience today, and won't be returning. Ordered two fish tacos that were cooked on the same surface where they apparently cook their shrimp and don't clean it properly (after which one of the bartenders told me the cook staff doesn't change their gloves properly), so I had an allergic reaction to the food while eating the first one. The bartender notified the manager on duty, who never even came to speak to me about the problem. The bartender threw the second one away. $9 wasted. Never going back. Horrible. read more

Fantastic customer service. However it is the worst fuzzies ever in terms of just relaxing and having a drink. I've been to 4 different locations, most of them are great to relax and have a marg. This one has extremely bright lighting, it constantly looks like 2am call at a bar. The whole point of a fuzzies is to come in watch some sports, eat tacos and grab a beer or something and just decompress for a while. As I said when I started the review the service is good and I'm sure it's a great place for lunch. If they want to increase sales they would model it after the Longmont CO location, and make it more a spot to chill out at. read more

They allow someone with a "therapy" chihuahua to let the dog SIT on the picnic table. I don't have a problem with the dog being there- but not on the table!! I brought it to their attention and the staff said "yes, he comes every day. We just let him do whatever he wants". read more

This place isn't really known for their exceptional food but it is a great hang out spot. Very fun and relaxing atmosphere. There are only two things I can recommend that have always been great, the big fuzz, big and cheap breakfast sandwich or torta. Another great option are their bean and cheese nachos. read more

Unfortunately, the service and food at Fuzzy's has steadily declined over the last year. I would not recommend Fuzzy's any longer. The bartenders, save for one, are rude and incompetent, the food is either cold or inedible, and the restaurant never looks clean. Customer service was friendly to begin with but I found it interesting that a taco shop did not know what in Asada taco was... well I tried to explain it to her she simply offered me a beef for heat a taco OK I'll except but if you're going to call yourself a taco shop you should know what Asada is and Lengua for that matter but that's another story... along with their meals I purchased some chips and salsa this also was definitely out of a jar it was decent old El Paso probably my best guess is the mixed veggie brand. The crunchy taco shells are out of some box somewhere possibly also the El Paso brand absolutely mediocre the chicken and shallot it was decent and served with green sauce which I was impressed with as oh so many try to serve chicken with red sauce on it's not kosher. Beef fajita taco was decent onions Bell peppers with some type of strips of steak not quality but OK with enough sauce that overpowered the dullness of the meat. Lucky for me I ordered the garlic sauce that comes on tacos on the side because once I tasted it I realized it was nothing more than Miracle whip with possibly some onion powder in it that's just a best guess based on the flavor it was horrible do not eat the garlic sauce. The mixed rice was pretty good not sticky the beans were decent once I added cheese and salsa to them. Pick de Gallo helped with the flavor overall. Since the staff was huddled up chatting at the serving window I went ahead and help myself to a to go platter. The biggest downer for me was when I try to use the ladies restroom and found that they don't think seat covers are necessary in a restaurant no dispensers no seat covers in a public restaurant in a college town again...not kosher. The trendy concept of this restaurant could do really well in this area it's unfortunate that the quality of the food the loud music the lack of hygiene in the restrooms and the disc concern by waitstaff is going to run the business to the ground. read more

During the rise of COVID-19 we have seen many restaurants taking extra precautions to safeguard patrons with extra cleaning and distancing. Tonight, after ordering and paying for our food, we chose to sit on the enclosed patio. The tables were so dirty, my husband returned to our vehicle to get disinfectant wipes to clean the table. After wiping one half of the table, the cloth was brown. Our food arrived and the breakfast tacos were ok. The churros were barely edible. While we were eating, a group of young people came in and sat at the table next to us, disregarding the posted sign saying that table was not available. The staff did not address the situation and we moved to another table inside. Unfortunately, the inside of the restaurant smelled dank and musty. The staff never checked with us, asked about our food or attended to us once our food was handed to us. During this pandemic, restaurants must be attuned to the health of patrons and workers. We will not be going back. Hopefully Fuzzy's will provide most training for employees. read more

The manager played with her phone the whole time we was there. Would not service the people. Be careful with this place. It looks like a good place to get hepatitis or food poisoning.
