The only place to go for indoor football in Darmstadt. There are 4 pitches 3 'full size' and one…read moreshort pitch for smaller groups. Each pitch has a nice fake grass field with rubber so you don't hurt yourself (too bad), and nets all around to stop the ball when you get out of control. The place is quite busy, so you have to book ahead. Time comes in hour lengths and in general you need at least 8 people for the larger pitches. Sometimes booking and payment can be a little bit of a hassle with the management, but if you have lived in Germany for some time you should be used to that by now. Also, the place smells a little funky but what proper gym doesn't? Added bonus there is a pub inside to park your sweaty butt at once you're done and enjoy a cold bier. If you're into football and have a need to play in the winter this is the place for you. PS - When the previous group's time is up make sure they know it or they won't get off whistle or clap or something.
