The reason why was supposed to be a shortage of people. I have twice declined the purchase as I feel it's a waste to put a dessert in a plastic container and a fork in plastic when I am eating it here. So roughly $15 in gross sales lost over not wanting to use plates and put them in the dishwasher. Don't need to be an MBA to get that.

But I have been in contact both in person and over the phone with the staff in regard to preordering/reserving product for the Gundam Card Game. I was given a price several times both in person and over the phone which I felt was a fair price, however I get a call today and the price is all of a sudden $800 more than what was communicated. Granted the price given to me originally was under MSRP and I even offered to pay MSRP for the product however the store was not willing to budge at all from their market price. I understand that employees can make mistakes and give out misinformation but as a business honoring an employees word or at least meeting a customer in the middle of a bad situation seems reasonable. However they chose to say hey it's the marked up price or nothing. I'm not saying not to do business here but educate yourself on their policies and practices before spending your money here.

We really enjoy each trip in! They even have a cool bag that they will save comics that you are interested in, and when you stop in you can ask if anything is in your bag for you to see if you'd like to purchase.
