We tried to give Junk King a chance to explain themselves and make things right. They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

I wouldn't dare look at any of their competitors and use them for everything. But as they have grown, they have forgotten what customer service means They could care less, whether you are a customer have been a customer and cannot get an appointment Now it is hell on earth to schedule an appointment of any kind. Trash - does not even come to your house to pick up the trash. They send some external company that they hire to do contract work They don't call you back and they ignore you when they finally talk to you It takes about 10 calls to finally talk to a human being to only have them talk down to you like you're an idiot and ignore you I have proof because I have a recorded call showing how they treated me The website does not work to schedule appointments don't waste your time. It was a super easy process and made the whole thing so much easier to do. Originally, they quoted me an incorrect price, but I didn't know that. Two days after they picked it up, they realized the error when closing out the account. They CALLED ME AND REFUNDED the $76 dollar difference. There was no way I would have known the price was incorrect. They didn't HAVE to call or refund anything. However, they did it because it was the right thing to do. I will be a customer for life.
