Like the Q Kitchen restaurant downstairs, they have a large menu separated by cuisine type. To be honest, it's more than likely they use the same kitchen. The ambiance is casual and nice, and I do like their decor.
We ordered a few items:
Fresh calamansi juice: thumbs up
Cheesy onion rings: interesting, well fried with tasty breading. Did not like the honey mustard sauce though, because we typically have ranch dressing with onion rings.
Burgers: The bf ordered some kind of bacon burger with mushrooms, and I ordered a plain old boring cheeseburger. They were just average. Everything was fresh, but the ground beef was overly fine (too much working while making the patties). This texture really ended up ruining the burger. Also, there was too much seasoning overall, in the beef itself, and in the dressing.
Fries: Well seasoned, cooked perfectly.
Dessert: We got this Korean mango-cheesecake dessert. It was amazing. Whatever was going on with the rest of the food, this dessert really made the day.
Prices are high, but the portions are large. I honestly would rather have smaller portions with higher quality food. The quality overall is slightly above average, so I'd eat here again but probably try to order other stuff. I'm not really sold on the service though, because we had to ask for it every step of the way (constantly try to flag servers down for everything). There's no automatic refill of drinks, or even checking to see if we'd like another beer, etc. It took a while to get the food once we ordered. read more
