Nick was very responsive to my email request for a quote and came out the next day for measurement which was great. That is all I can say positive about this company. I think the biggest problem was that I did not know what I wanted and thought he would be able to provide some guidance on decisions like finished vs unfinished hardwood, what species would be best for our needs, and quality companies to use for supplies. I was very wrong. Nick never actually answered any of my questions, just responded with vague information in a very rude, accusatory undertone. After multiple days of back and forth text messages just trying to get some information to help guide my decision he gave me Susan's phone number to speak in person. She was very kind and was able to answer all of my questions in just a matter of minutes. I could hear Nick in the background badmouthing me while she was answering my questions. I told them my expectations when spending several thousand dollars with a company is simple courtesy and customer service. A few hours after that phone call Nick texted me to tell me they would not be working with me and good luck. Just a very rude man who has no interest in working with his customer at all. He was so honest that my parents trusted him to work on the floors even where they weren't home. The hardwood floors turned out great and professional looking.
