I proceeded to go the site and view the work since it was the first time using this company. Ken and two of his workers came , uncovered the tank and drained it as much as possible. Then one of the workers suited up and went into the tank to repair the drain. The price was reasonable for the work performed, especially on a week-end. I looked at the clerk of the place that I was at and asked him did he hear what I heard cause I couldn't believe what he called me he looked me in the eyes and said yes I heard it. Then I asked the other clerks they said they was sorry and no one should have to go through what I had went through and told me I need to report it to the police so I did right away, when speaking to the officer she told me she knew of them doing such thing and that she was sorry.
