The management company is extremely disorganized, which has resulted in ongoing internal issues throughout the community. I was threatened by another resident and immediately reported the incident to management. Unfortunately, I never received a response. In hindsight, I regret not involving the police and filing an official report. Management's lack of concern and unresponsiveness placed my safety at risk. Maintenance issues are handled poorly, if at all. Appointments are scheduled and then missed without notice. I have been waiting over three months for someone to even inspect my dishwasher. Billing inaccuracies are another ongoing issue. My account has repeatedly been incorrect, and residents must closely monitor charges to avoid being overbilled. Safety concerns are not treated as a priority. After someone tampered with my exterior door handle and lock, I reported it immediately. Despite the clear security risk, the door remained improperly secured for over two weeks before repairs were made. An exterior door lock was not treated as an emergency, which is deeply concerning. Package theft is a serious problem. Units with exterior-facing doors are especially vulnerable, and packages are frequently stolen. Even deliveries made inside the building are not secure, as theft by other residents occurs. Residents should plan to use a PO Box or alternative delivery arrangements. Overall, the repeated lack of organization, accountability, and concern for resident safety presents significant red flags.
