They seriously need to take classes on customer service, tenant rights, section. 8 laws, domestic violence laws and everything in between! They seriously do not know their noses from their asses. They want the tenants to repair everything and except tenants to pay out the ass for things they do fix (which are always half ass) and argue about maintenance requests that you put it and if you have to many god forbid hell will freeze over and you will be frowned upon by them. They will nickel and dime you for everything when you move out as well!!! They do not fully inspect units when tenants leave and blame new tenants for things and issues that are from prior tenants! Refuse to help tenants with issues that are required to be taken care of by landlords. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY DO NOT REMT FROM THESE SLEAZY PEOPLE!

They are super unprofessional. Their workers are unprofessional. Not only have the showed up basically with no notice, which is illegal, but when they have come to fix anything they do a terrible patch job and we fix it ourselves anyway, with our own funds. On top of that, their rent portal and process is terrible. If there are any issues at all you have to drop off a cashier check in person. I have proved to them that funds are available in multiple accounts and they still can not process online payments. What century do we live in? I wish I could get out of this lease immediately. I have NEVER had issues like this with any other rental agency. please choose any other company if you don't want a headache every month and a well kept up rental without pests.

Don't apply to live or especially work for quantum.I had nothing but terrible experiences with this garbage company.This was all at Wynne watts commons in fairview.Anna & George are beyond shady & dont care about anyone in the building whatsoever.If you do end up working for quantum youll be fired for trying to do the right thing or bringing up shady activities concerning staff.Youve been warned!!

Poor communication when it comes to regulating things like parking, updating leases or just anything really. Multiple units have mold! They only spot treat it and after talking to Numerous neighbors we are becoming very sick. I would not rent a unit here! And crossing my fingers I can find a new home where management respects us back. Looking forward to getting these Conditions out there for people to See. My neighbors and I do not need to live in units that are not maintained! There has been 5 units that have flooded! They are placing families of 5+ in two bedrooms when they do repairs, and give you the least amount of info. They also lost my other neighbors rent check. Charge you for random things and tow cars that are in our spots, yet do not tow people that park in fire lane. It's a dumpster fire here at THE CEDARS in Gresham do not commit to this health hazard DUMP!

If I had to describe Dineve in one word, it would be advocate. She genuinely had my back and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond for me as her client. During negotiations, she positioned me strongly and ensured I was getting the best possible outcome--we even secured the home under the asking price. Both Dineve and Charlotte were supportive and responsive every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed.     I strongly agree with the concerns expressed in the previous review. I have never felt so dismissed…read moreas a resident. The management company is extremely disorganized, which has resulted in ongoing internal issues throughout the community. I was threatened by another resident and immediately reported the incident to management. Unfortunately, I never received a response. In hindsight, I regret not involving the police and filing an official report. Management's lack of concern and unresponsiveness placed my safety at risk. Maintenance issues are handled poorly, if at all. Appointments are scheduled and then missed without notice. I have been waiting over three months for someone to even inspect my dishwasher. Billing inaccuracies are another ongoing issue. My account has repeatedly been incorrect, and residents must closely monitor charges to avoid being overbilled. Safety concerns are not treated as a priority. After someone tampered with my exterior door handle and lock, I reported it immediately. Despite the clear security risk, the door remained improperly secured for over two weeks before repairs were made. An exterior door lock was not treated as an emergency, which is deeply concerning. Package theft is a serious problem. Units with exterior-facing doors are especially vulnerable, and packages are frequently stolen. Even deliveries made inside the building are not secure, as theft by other residents occurs. Residents should plan to use a PO Box or alternative delivery arrangements. Overall, the repeated lack of organization, accountability, and concern for resident safety presents significant red flags.
