He Messed it up so badly all the way thru the Supreme Court had to step in and reversed what he had done so badly and the State Bar disciplined him. He even admitted his wrong doing in letters of apology like that's going to fix anything. What he did was likely intentionally done secretly working with the Defendants for a hidden payoff to get out of Damages and Criminal Charges.
