I felt re-assured that I was dealing with someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. Jim carried out his duties efficiently and thoroughly also giving advice and recommendations where needed. I would definately use this person again, a friendly and experienced chimney sweep whose charges in my opinion are very reasonable. Definately not to be confused with one of the in and out as soon as possible people who charge a fortune for the privilege.

Driver of this company's van decided to park right outside my house on a grass verge - I wasn't a…read morecustomer, and there is a large area to pull over about 20 yards from the house. I asked him to move as it churns up the grass - he just waved me away. I then said 'please don't just wave me away. please move your van". The response? "F**k off, I'm on the phone". I wonder how he would respond to a customer complaint. Guess I'll never find out - one chimney sweep I wold now never use.
