We had a dead mouse stuck in our lint trap that we couldn't get to. We gave them a call and after checking our address to review his schedule, he gave us a call back in an hour, saying he would be there in 20-30 minutes. 20 minutes later, he arrived, despite having a broken foot, and was able to come downstairs to take apart our dryer. He put the "corpse" into the plastic bag I held to dispose of it. After cleaning out the lint trap, he put the dryer back together promptly and ensured the digital display ran correctly and had me check the heat was coming back on the dryer. I called G.S.R. after seeing positive reviews. I was fortunate that they were able to come out right away to look at my dryer. The problem was a very easy fix as the hose had linked in back and caused the dryer to overheat. No parts needed just trim the exhaust hose and they took out the drum and vacuumed out the lint.
