A rebuild from the storm that should have taken 3 months instead it took 6 months. Lost track of how many employees and subs left to go work somewhere else. We went over budgeted from the original price due to the contract was missing information, such as the floor molding were not added to the contract, one of the walls was not added to the contract, the french doors not added to the contract and the list goes on. There were a lot of hits and misses on the entire project. This has definitely been a terrible experience with a company that has been around for awhile. Not to mention one delay after another.

He began the job but ran into a problem installing the window stormbusters. He found an alternative to its installation. Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane. The insurance company recognizes them as window-projectile-proof protection and offers a discount on house insurance. I give Jose 5 stars and recommend you contact him for your next handyman project. We are totally impressed with Ken's popcorn removal. He totally covered everything with plastic so…read moreno messes. Then he had to scrape all ceilings in our home making sure not to gouge the underlying drywall. Then he made sure the older drywall material was secure by applying screws where needed and also supports and then prepped it, sprayed it with compound, then troweled it flat, next day applied oil based paint with sealer/stain blocker, then back rolled it to make sure all the paint was even. Finally clean up and you never would know they had been working in your house. We highly recommend Ken
