This store is located inside the Pierre Bossier Mall... close to the food court area. I am local…read moreand have been in here lots of times. But today, I just had the best experience in this store. I was shopping for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The ladies in here went above and beyond... helping me find specific hallmark products I had already seen online, including a special gold pop-up card. They also helped me order something online and have it shipped to the store for free shipping. After choosing a decorative plate, one of the ladies took it out so I could examine it fully. I just can't say enough about how helpful and friendly they were. Very knowledgeable and full of ideas.
