Update 12/17/2019 to 1 star (first service was a GLOWING 5 star, so so sad) you will clearly see by my original review a few years ago I was 300% satisfied with my first experience... and I have used Gabe 4 times since. It has NEVER been as good as the first time and continues to go down hill to an abysmal service level. Full disclosure, owner knows I am updating this and does NOT care. 2nd time I used him he was training someone who did a very poor job & Gabe did not go around to double check his work or to make sure the work was done properly. Everyone needs to learn but I would sure appreciate it if it wasn't a lesser service than I pay for. Streaks, drips, pools of water on the actual drywall ledges around the window inside our home & tracks weren't cleaned AT ALL! I did catch him before he left and he fixed the really big issues at hand. After that experience I texted Gabe my concerns & he apologized. 3rd time Gabe came with a new gentleman and the helper did a fairly good job on the windows but the tracks weren't cleaned & the water pools/drips on sills were not cleaned up after (still have the water marks on the paint from that trip in the entry area of my home). 4th and FINAL TIME, I reached out to him on 12/3 to book for 12/20 - no response- nothing. Then on 12/9 without warning and in a terrible rainstorm- a crew showed up at my door to clean. Think about that for a minute- would have been a waste of 400$ for me because it would be streaking the moment it was cleaned... but still nothing about the 20th. I told the crew at the door my appointment was for the 20th not today - keep in mind still nothing from Gabe. I texted Gabe on the 9th explaining my frustration and how his service had continued to go down the hill each time & now this. He explained there was a mixup with his office gal and since they had a cancellation in the rain (DUHHHH) they didn't want to lose business and they wanted to get my house done. WTF! Now Gabe is saying that he has grown to 4 crews and too busy to get to customers until mid January- I said that is fine but if you would have replied to me at the time I was trying to schedule I had a good opportunity to find someone for the 20th. But treating customers like this when you have gotten so big that you no longer treat people like you give a shit is not the way to operate (that's just me though) so here is the scoop... if you are lucky enough to get a good experience out of the gate, I PROMISE you it will NEVER be that good again and that SUCKS! Old review below, so sad! That first appointment was a dream! I received a text from him when he was 10 minutes away which was SUPER COOL and unexpected but really appreciated! He arrived right on time, and I know this is not something that I will adequately explain nor be able to show you well with my subpar phone camera, but this was probably the best money I have ever spent!!!! NO JOKE! I told my husband looking out at are back yard is like looking through the "Chrome" photo option on my son's camera... it has completely made me fall in love with my home again. Something that I once loved had started to turn into something negative because I couldn't get them clean and NOW it is beautiful, everything in every direction is BEAUTIFUL!!!! He cleaned our screens even, good Lord I am sorry Gabe for the screens they were so gross!!! I am not sure if he will block my number because it was so much work but I am thankful that I picked up the phone that first call and reached out, it has been such a blessing!!!! He did an incredible job and seriously you folks out there with dirty windows... call him, it is worth it! And Gabe, in 6 months, if you are willing, I will be calling you back!!! New crew has been cleaning our exterior windows last three times. Service levels have fallen; just a little thing but once they move the patio chairs they aren't put back in place. With high winds we have been experiencing, they then have a tendency to move around; don't want them crashing into our slider windows. WITHIN MINUTES I rec'd an email.....Thank you so much for letting us know about this, Mrs. XXXXX. We will address this with our techs. If you're reading this review, then you're familiar with that feeling -- "All my windows and screens need to be cleaned on both sides and that's just way too much work. I wonder how much it would cost to get it all caught up by a professional." Well, I found Gabe's Spotless Window Cleaning via Yelp and decided to give them a try. They were able to fit in an estimate for me the week I called. When we started talking about when he could do the actual cleaning, he said he was booked for at least two weeks. I hesitated because I wanted it sooner, and he said he could sneak me in about a week after my original call. This fit my timeline, and I agreed. It was really nice that he could get the cleaning done when I needed it, despite the busy schedule. He called me the morning of my appointment to tell me he was running a little late -- less than an hour -- and asked if that was ok. I appreciated the he called to let me know instead of just showing up late. The work went fairly quickly, and my windows look GREAT. Normally I might drop a star for being late for the appointment, but I did know ahead of time it would be a busy day for him, and he did call to let me know. AND he squeezed me into a busy day in order to get it done the day I wanted it. So 5 stars! read more

Gabe is a good guy and good at cleaning windows. So much easier to have him come and do all of them at once, streak free, than for us to do it - and in a much shorter period of time! His rates are reasonable. I got a quote of $75 from one company, and Gabe charged $50. He was running behind about 15 minutes, but that's the only bad thing I can say.
