Many people came to view the home, then it dropped off due to covid and we the customer started showing the house as we were told cOvid restrictions prevented them from showing it. The ratio of sales price to asking price, and the average time of their listings on market, were fantastic. But what is it they always say? Past results aren't a guarantee of future success? It took a little bit longer, and we didn't quite get as much for the house as we had hoped. But there were a lot of unexpected bumps along the road. Like a tree falling onto the house, and puncturing a hole in the roof, while it was on the market. But Patrick and Julie were always a reassuring voice of calm.
