I also didn't know that there are shared network ATMs/Offices that will allow you to do many of the same services that you would do at a Spire branch office, at another shared network office (non Spire). This leaves many locations to do business outside of just the Spire branches themselves. You can find this on their locations section of their website. They were very friendly and helpful. I may be looking at moving some of my other accounts to Spire... Not only for the rates, but also the friendly and passionate staff.

Instead they sent it to First Fiduciary. I never got it. I didn't know about any of this until I had gotten a letter from the IRS in 2023 asking where their money is. They wanted taxes, penalties, interest. We're still trying to get that reduced. Dan Lodahl made this mess by not giving me that 1099, he should be cleaning it up, not me. Whenever I asked for anything I NEVER got information I needed. I started out with First Fiduciary with $450,000.00 I left with $225,000.00 and that was after about 16n months. They were paying thenmselkves 2,500-3,500 each month. What did that buy? They wouldn't tell me. PLUS they got my checking. savings, and social security.

First off, our initial loan officer was fired RIGHT at closing on our house. Then, the branch manager (John Parkinson) took over for him(and did an even worse job than the previous) countless hoops to jump through, never kept track of the files I sent him so I ended up having to send the same documents TWO OR THREE TIMES. He was very condecending throughout the entire process and almost made we walk away from the house I was buying, just so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.
