Saying one thing and doing the other. Going behind your back to try and sabotage your agreement, especially if he finds a way to make himself more money somehow. Not making agreed upon repairs on time. Stealing money from you and then claiming it was a "mistake." Not refunding you when he's been overpaid and making you jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops just to get your money. Essentially just creating a bunch of unnecessary stress.
