[ really is this what I paid for???] -- this wasn't even sent as a doc just an email. I don't hear from them June 18th and then I get an email Nov 5th that I have a late bill -- so someone forgot to email me I had a bill and I have a late charge? No itemized receipt either? What am I being charged for??? The work was fine, it was a very straight forward ask. Customer service was not great. Would not recommend if it was something important.

Angel is quite possibly the worst GAL. Our case finished last year but during that time I was…read morefighting stage 3 breast cancer and she is the least sympathetic person I have ever met. She was paid thousands over a 2 year span and I had only spoken to her one time throughout the entire case. In the initial consult she outlines the steps she will take to conduct her review of the situation...she never did any of it. I'm now left to coparent with someone who refuses to coparent with me nor do they make the best decisions for our now 3 year old daughter. If a GAL is a must, I recommend amicably agreeing on one with the other parent or you might get stuck with someone like Angel. Once they are appointed guardian, it is very hard to have them removed.
