They were sure to make sure everything was to the home owners liking and that things that were a possible issue were addressed before they started work. He arrived quickly, gave us a great bid and we have been VERY happy with his company. They arrive on time when they say they will, something most contractors have a hard time doing. There at 8:00 AM each day with a team ready to hit the ground running. They protected all the surfaces NOT getting painted, removed all doors and mission shutters and then after refreshing, rehung same perfectly. I do not understand how the location of the meeting (at a church) can be considered "religious intent." To be fair, I guess the Handyman didn't have any of my contact information? I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. It still seems illogical that the location of the meeting would determine the content of the message.

The attention to detail and the quality of finished work product actually exceeded my expectation. The additions look as though they were "there from the beginning" vs. the way some additions look after the fact. I worked with Travis Bull and highly recommend he and Ronnie Bull construction. They were very responsive, caring, and helpful in making suggestions and recommendations in ways that improved the project. Travis is a wonderful person to talk to and he explained clearly how the repair process and the larger picture of how the repair project would be conducted at every phase of the work product. I'm very happy, satisfied, and going forward a devoted customer since you did the work on my house, to sure up and repair the sub structure and completion of the finish work. In regards to this project, as the customer, I felt like RBC went above and beyond, yet I'm sure you see it as de rigueur. I thank you for the clear and concise communication between me and my sister in the coordination and conduct of the work, You made our input feel important; no matter how big or how small. I also commend you on how you readily answered questions, return calls, provided feedback, recommendations and meet with other contractors to coordinate the dependency work supporting the overall work product; and that the project overall was completed in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you (RBC), your subcontractor company (KNAM Construction Co.), et al (I wish I know their names), who came to my home to do work whose names I unfortunately do not know were described by my sister as... "wonderful and there is nobody better". Each of you took the time to explain everything they were doing during the course of the project. If going forward in your journey.. someone thinks your prices are a little higher than what others had quoted, I would only say to them "You get what you pay for.", but I personally think the cost were in line with the resultant product deliverable.
