The project management was very disorganized the whole time (about a three month period) and it was started two weeks late with no communication to us. There were quite a few red flags such as employees would disappear and new people would be brought in or swapped around? Communication was quite unprofessional, our questions weren't answered in full and the emails back contained emojis and comments which seemed inappropriate. They also only seemed to look at our current backend about a week before launch, which caused further delays.
