Now if you want to be ripped off, by all means deal with these people. In my opinion these people stole from me. I sent a Phantom 4p for repair in the package I included a brand new remote, for the p4p which had just arrived from DJI in China, $549.00 straight out of the box into the p4p case. Besides leaving my package in the Surfers PO for several days, I had to remind them several times to pick it up. They decided they were unable to repair the p4p. I asked them to send it back to me. Now that is where my problems started, they just took their own sweet time, nearly 8 weeks to send it to me, at my cost and fee for looking at the drone. For what Assume a very short time as it was somewhat disassembled. They took one look at it and said no way. OK I thought at least I will get the drone back with all its parts and my brand new Remote.
How Mistaken I Was. They sent back to me my disassembled drone and most of the pieces, with the exception of my brand new controller, they replaced it with a soiled and scratched remote which did not work at all , No pic on the monitor, I use a crystal sky ultra for my monitor, funny thing the monitor works fine on my other remote. Conclusion !! Mistakenly mixed up the monitor . Wanna bet. their response form Chris was that could not happen would not listen to me. Thought I was trying to ripp them off. I only got this response because I was persistent and kept telephoning them until I got these so called business men to pick up the phone.
Spoke to Matt said he would look into it. mind you this is another six weeks later still no response from him at all. They seem to avoid responding at all costs. Not to text messages or e-mails. nor phone calls most of the time. They may fix Phones but they certainly do not like using them to respond to complaints.
Now I have no choice but to go down another road. Legally speaking, Which will cost me. I do not mind pouring good money after bad on a matter of principle. I may be 70 but I have learned to be doggard and bloody persistent.
So if you Arse-holes at Gadget Hospital in Surfers Paradise read this. Be Prepared to Hear Much More from Me.
To the General Public out there, Make sure you deliver your item for repair, and make sure it is the same item when you pick it up. and please do not send anything to them for repair. because in my opinion you are risking, not getting the correct item back be by mistake or deliberately.
