They offer a variety of sushi as well as Japanese entrees. The seaweed salad is a big portion that comes in an edible bowl, and they also mix it with avocado. I've never had seaweed salad with avocado, but the two paired well together. The edible bowl it came in tasted kind of stale, so we just picked at it. We sampled the california, maguro and skin dragon rolls, as well as the tempura unagi temaki. All were delicious and more than enough for us. Instead of the imitation crabmeat that is usually used in california rolls, they used ebi. The consistency of the rice was just right and it wasn't too sweet or too vinegary. The salmon skin in the dragon roll were just the right crisp. I'm not too keen on the raw stuff, so i cannot vouch for it, but my friend loved the tuna and salmon. The tempura unagi was a big portion and was big enough to split between us. For dessert, we tried their vanilla fried ice cream (topped with strawberries), and is also good for splitting if you have enough room for dessert. The staff we met are very friendly. The place itself is nice, but a little small inside. There are about 6-7 tables and about 4-5 people can sit at the bar, 2 tables were placed outside as well. I didn't ask if they do reservations. The prices are a little above average. As this is located in the downtown of rota (near the gas station) parking will be a bit difficult to find (especially in the summer), but don't let that discourage you. The turnaround time for food to arrive is quite long, so i am unsure if we would return. If we do, it would probably be right when it opens to avoid a big crowd.

We wanted something different than Tapas for tonight and found this yummy Japanese restaurant. I…read moremade reservations and arrived late. Fortunately they were able to still sit us right away. The restaurant is surprisingly big inside. We followed the waitress through several rooms to the back where there were still many tables available. The decor is very cute like a very modern sushi place. We ordered the Chicken Gyoza and the Katsu Bao to start with and both were very good. We also ordered the Sibuya Roll, Classic Roll and the Underground roll. All the rolls were top grade and very tasty. For dessert we ordered the Carrot cake (just okay), death by chocolate (moist), and the Ichigo (frozen yogurt with strawberries on top in between two cookies. Everything about our meal was outstanding!!!

We had the 24 platter which was a nice start, added in a cooked one (they literally lit it on fire on table! Quite fun), and 2 veggie ones. Pretty impressed that 1. They had veggie ones and 2. They were quite tasty. The ambiance is nice, though oddly seems to be mainly couples tables, so the hostess wasn't sure how to handle 4. Only reason that it isn't a 5 star is that the service was spotty. Food (5 rolls) came out at five different times, and we were provided a roll we didn't order. They took it back (I would have kept/paid for it though as I know it is trash now). English is spotty here, so be ready to just show photos of online menu. Wasabi is out of a tube, and isn't very spicy. Also they don't provide much unless you ask 'me gustaria mas wasabi por favor'. But was good and hope to return.
