After I paid for a different session both me and my partner were still contacted multiple times about payment. It seems like there's a complete absence of any system of billing, tracking payment, etc. Similar to another reviewer, we paid $180, with a hard stop at 45 minutes. We stopped going, mostly due to the odd vibe of the place when it came to money. I understand it's a business, but maybe go about it in a way that feels like clients' well-being is also a goal. Check (former) employee reviews on Glassdoor for some of their perspectives about the place. Wish I had seen those prior. Aligns with my experience on the assertive money-making vibe of the place.
