Tugra reinterpreted Turkish dish without going paleo/keto/gf trendy route. Everything was scrumptious and can be correlated to a well-known traditional Turkish dish. Service was a delight and was far better than the one-Michelin restaurants in Istanbul. Tugra was absolutely not cheap and yet was underrated.
