It is sort of a cafeteria concept, with a nicer dining area upstairs. They did not have tons of variety of fish, but the salmon and tuna were both fresh and tasty, service was good and fast, and made for a delicious first meal of the excursion. One more way that France has taken a page out of our American playbook is the added convenience of having your sushi delivered.
